4 months and still no update on fixing a simple garden wall. Seemed annoyed at me when I said I didn't want a cash settlement. Failure to ever call back when promised. Constantly having to chase every few weeks to understand what's going on. Ask your insurance company for a different loss adjuster and save yourself the headache.

I got in contact with Salmon Assessors after months of delaying tactics by the insurance company dealing with my claim. If you are considering using a Loss Assessor but have any reservations about fees, I can say from experience that those reservations will be totally unfounded. For some context on this, Jeremy negotiated a settlement that was £30k higher than the maximum figure the loss adjustor had stated on one part of my claim. Over 3 times more than the suggested ‘maximum’ shows you how much insurers will try to carve out of what is rightfully yours, and at times of great stress when people may be more inclined to roll over just to get things done.In addition to this there are a few loose ends to tie up that aren’t in any way related to the insurance claim. Jeremy has been excellent in providing insight and guidance on how to handle these loose ends. He didn’t need to do this, and it is another example of how great Salmon's are to work with. This is the way things should be done.Please don’t be fooled by a loss adjustor saying they are on your side, they absolutely are not as they are appointed by the insurers. It’s easy enough to calculate how much Salmons have helped maximise my claim, but it is not possible to put a value on the stress that they took away from me in the toughest of times.Highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in contacting Jeremy, Jeff and the team again in future.

Do not use. Had a Breslin on 21 November and have just finally received an offer of settlement. If I felt distressed and violated over the breakin it was nothing compared to how I felt by their offer. Offered in excess of £8K if I accept vouchers for a Company they receive discount with. Otherwise they will pay £2000 less as a cash settlement. Trust me what they deem to be like for like" will bear no resemblance to yours!"

This Company Is A Utter Joke They Send 2 Brick Layers To Rebuild A fence And They Say We Don't Or Have Never Built A Fence Before, Then They Send You A 24 Month Warranty And When Something Happens With The Fence They Will Not Honour It So its Not Worth The Paper its written On Is It,And Just Hit You With All THe Legal Lees Gardon And THis Must Be Letting THe Halifax Bank Insurance Down Who THEY" Work For

This company undervalues your claim to get it under the excess so they don't have to honour it. They represented a company I've been with 6 years and 6 properties.. I shan't be renewing with them. My one and only claim in 6 years. 2 words.NEVER AGAIN.
