This is the second time I had a problem collecting my medications. Employees do not answer their phones, they provide wrong information regarding prescriptions issued by the doctor, that they are not in the system , even though the gp has assured for two days that the prescription has been sent to Tesco Pharmacy

Pathetic is the word I would use for the staff. it's 9.00 pm and request for some medication for my daughter as she is going through sevier pain. No customers in queue and still I am asked to wait for 15 min before they can give me medicine. When asked why, it seems I am in queue and I have to wait. It seems some people gave their prescription before me, so until they come back and take their order I will not get mine. Even though the reps are free chatting among themselves.Why on this earth these people don't understand that I am not here for chocolate. I am here for the medicine for my child and it's urgent.

The pharmacists are helpful but I am giving a one star review because they never ever pick up the phone. I do understand that the store is busy, but I have called in multiple times throughout the day and they never ever pick up. Leaving a review so this can change, especially for people who need special assistance regarding medication.

Exemplary service during these difficult times. Thanks to all for their commitment to stay open for their patients. The pharmacist manager, especially has been particularly helpful and played a huge role in helping me keep my family health.Shocked and disappointed by the attitudes of other reviewers who clearly have no understanding of how pharmacies work. Hopefully this helps to brings balance to the bitterness of others.

I find this pharmacy extremely unhelpful. Some of the staff can be quite rude. They never answer the phone at one point, I phone so many times in a morning that they picked up the phone and hang it up twice, then I couldn’t get through! My son has regular prescriptions, but since we moved to this pharmacy 5/6months (because Sainsbury’s closed) it takes an extra week to get hold of his stuff as they don’t order it right away and I always end up having to phone to find out where it is! It’s so disappointing as it’s so much nicer to have a pharmacy in a supermarket and this one is right at the end of my road but I’ve found it’s too unreliable.
