WARNING : KEZ & MUSUD - BIRMINGHAM MANAGERSI was a previous doorman and my name is PETER. The worst company to work forEVERYONE watch out for 2 SECURITY MANAGERS by the NAME of KEZ & MASUD. These are the security managers for professional in Birmingham. Worst managers with very bad reputation. The only reason why they managers is because of the connections.There's been multiple of complaints about the company and these manages who call themselves managers lol.THEY WILL LIE BEHIND YOUR BACK AND BOTH 2 FACED INDIVIDUALS. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR LIFE A NIGHTMARE.

Got an interview for the position of an 'area manager' & passed into the next round - never heard back from them again. The opposite of their company name - unprofessional!

Worked for professionals for some time now, love where I work, it’s great to have a permanent location. I have built up a good rapport with most of the customers at the venue and always get a welcome when they arrive. We get little or no issues to deal with on a weekend but that’s never a guarantee as there is always an event going on in the area and they will always call in for last orders. I get home safe and that’s the main priority for me.

They advertise frequently. I applied for a role for part time door work as my business is slow at the moment. The shifts I could still commit too if my business picks up. I went through all the effort of completing the application form and uploading ID and heard precisely nothing, even though I have extensive experience! They still advertise the same vacancies over and over. They either want staff or they don't!

The only Professional part of this security company is in their name, apart form that there is nothing professional about this organisation. They use incorrect tax codes while paying employees and use premium numbers for their payroll department which is diabolical. There are fees and penalties for everything to cut from what little their employees make while they take a hefty chunk of your pay in commission. To anyone who use their service please don't and if you work for them my thoughts and prayers are with you.

''Professional Security'' hiring unprofessional staff as area managerAnd they were playing with my hourly rate about a year ago last summer I was getting £16/h by September they find out is too much and reduced it to £12/h without letting me know.....Area managers in Greater Manchester is useless!Lenny C. and Jordan E. absolutely useless.None of them able to answer a message or pick a phone up when you would need them!Guess Jordan is like to play with his employees, just like he did with my mate and myself! He told me and my mate been replace just 2 hours before our shift suppose to starts I was texting and calling him from Monday till Friday! On Friday he he finally picked up the phone says '' I'm driving ''. An hour later he called me back and told me that me and my mate been replaced.....HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Look I have been with the company for over ten years and they have always treat me fear and they have always paid me on time and they sort your money out right away one of the best companys I have ever worked as my manger Darwin and jono have always sorted stuff out rite away look some areas have not so good people but there are some really good mangers and I will carry on working for them

If I could of gave 0 stars I would of, this is the WORST so called security company I had ever crossed paths with. I was out out in a team well there was no team I felt like a child minder! Breaches all the time, from staff who didn't know crowd control! Breaks no such thing! Communication from management Non exsitant. EYE OPENER when you see a door supervisor put there badge around there leg. Stop employing baby's and employ me to do the job! All this company do is provide buns on seats for insurance purposes. PROFESSIONAL DOSSERS!

I have worked with/for Professional for 9 years now, never had an issue with them, even with pay discrepancies down to human error, pay was easily sorted and sorted by the following week, they have also given me the opportunity to progress and better myself.

KUBA STRATFORD first port of call, I met this gentleman on the door. Very respectful, good looking young man. He spoke to me and and offers places to go after I leftHis charisma drew me in to the establishment. He's will make it far with his polite manner but clear strength and me made me feel safe
