Been with covergaurd for years local to me they are the best l have found

We started using A Plan for holiday home insurance 6 years ago. Their renovation specialists have insured our retirement home whilst work was underway. They have also covered properties with unoccupied policies as we waited for sales to complete.We have price checked them from time to time and found them very competitive for the level of cover and excesses. Fortunately we haven't had to claim so I can't comment on that but in every other aspect they have proved to be helpful, professional and always clearly explain the options available to us.The range of cover these people can offer is perhaps wider than you might think. Would recommend.

I recently had a claim following hitting a submerged object. I have to say from the time I made the claim to when I could relaunch the boat was as quick as I could have dreamed of. The service from the claims manager was superb with correspondence replied to in less than 24 hours. That is why I will always insure with Pantaenius who may be a little more expensive than others but quality comes at a price, which is worthwhile.
