I was a day patient for a knee surgery. The hospital staff is absolutely fantastic and friendly, they are always there to help you and to answer questions. The food was good beside I was not able to eat it all (i had anesthetic side effects) and the facilities were immaculate! Thanks for making it such as smooth process.

Overall, an excellent experience. The nurses, medical assistants and consultant were all very friendly, competent, efficient and knowledgeable. They were also very reassuring throughout my stay (as a day case rather than needing to stay overnight) and overall, I was very impressed with them!

From my entry into the hospital, they had good reception and hospitality until I left, you did not feel like you were in the hospital, and the treatment of nurses and nurses was very ethical and respectful.I also thank the hospital administration.

A clean, efficient and well run hospital. Happy staff, good food and amazing views of London. I'm not a fan of hospitals but my time here was the best it could have been. A few minutes walk from London Bridge station (opposite side of Guys hospital exit)

The best hospital in the UK I have ever been to. (Insurance paid). Dr Said is professional. All staff and nurses are so friendly and caring. The takeoff med is self paid but they are reasonable. 10/10

A big thank you to everyone involved in my care at the London Bridge Hospital. Cannot recommend the hospital enough!Mr. Ember and Tessa are always easy to talk to. Despite his busy schedule, I never felt that Mr. Ember was rushing in our appointments. So very patient in explaining every thing which made me feel 100% confident in him.The nurses were brilliant! RGN Bambhi (Abhi) Q. went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my admission. She has already finished her night shift when I arrived but she still went to my room, answered all my questions and made feel comfortable. She also made sure to check on me after discharge.RGN CJ looked after me, her bright personality is truly refreshing but stayed professional the whole time. She made sure I was well looked after before during and after my procedure.Additionally, RGNs Dana and Gladys, were also exceptionally kind and knowledgeable.The food was impressive! Catering staff were always so polite. Was kinda bummed that coffee was instant coffee(not a big deal tho).Overall, I am extremely grateful to the whole London Bridge team!

Outstanding facility, smooth check-in process. The nursing team were incredible - so friendly, welcoming and helped me massively. Food great, everyone you met would go above and beyond to help. I was so nervous on arrival, but the staff completely changed that. My consultant was also brilliant and played a huge part in the process and took the time to check-in after the surgery. This centre is really leading the way in private healthcare.

I was very happy with the service provided. I find this to be a very good hospital for gastrointestinal operations. I was also given a very nice room covered by private medical insurance. Very friendly and caring staff, a fantastic view, great medical service, very clean and good amenities. I give it a 8.7/10 and would recommend.

From the moment I arrived at London Bridge Hospital the experience was exceptional. I didn't feel as if I arrived at a hospital, it was more like I entered and checked into a 5 star hotel. There was a hostess responsible to escort me to my room, that was a new experience for me. The hospital was very clean, spotless.All staff were exceptional and provided excellent service. They appeared to love what they were doing and did it with pride. They ensured that I was knowledgeable and comfortable with the process for the procedure. Kudos to Dr. Fidler and Team, Nurse Tanya and Team for 1st class service provided.
