I'm really glad I used Aspray. Grahame was great - very professional and good at communicating and very honest and straightforward. He is also a very good negotiator and I am sure I got a better result than trying to manage things myself. It also took away most of the work. Justin was great too - personable and helpful - and Janek who did the main work was amazing. He work so hard, so well and so neatly. A great job all round and a good and fair result.

Our home suffered a burst water pipe inside the concrete foundations in June 2022. The initial contact with our insurers was not encouraging, and they were doing their best to deny it was covered.Deciding to hand over the claim and reconstruction to a third party like Aspray is a big decision; you are now dependent on them for the claim and building works.Aspray were 100% reliable. The communication from Grahame (who speaks to the insurance company) was clear and timely, and Justin (who handles the building work) did a good quality job. Aspray did everything, including claiming for emerging plumbing work prior to their involvement, and chasing our consistently slow to respond insurers. The bathroom needing reconstruction was finished to a high quality. Would very much recommend them.

Grahame and the team did a fantastic job handling our claim. We could not have managed without them, which took away the stress and hassle for us. Following a leak from my underfloor heating in my kitchen, I contacted Grahame to see if he could help. At the initial meeting Grahame explained his firms processes and how he would be able to help, the next steps and what we could expect from the Insurance company. He relentlessly chased the initial inspection from the Loss Adjuster’s Surveyor and the report that was due to be sent out following the inspection. He negotiated terms on our behalf with The Claims Consortium and Justin projected managed the entire works to follow. Communication has been excellent with regular updates throughout the process. Graham has a fantastic team of tradesman, including Matt Francis has also been an absolute pleasure to work with on replacing our flooring. We had a water leak which caused damage to our flooring and were referred to Asprey by our plumber. We didn't really know what to expect as we had never used a company like this before. However, once we met Grahame, we knew we were in safe hands and could rely on him to not only manage the work but also deal with the insurance company/loss adjuster, which made things so much more convenient for us - and for no cost to us as well.The standard of the work was excellent and the team went out of their way (and budget) to cater for our individual requirements. All our queries were responded to very quickly and we had complete confidence in Grahame in everything related to the claim.All in all it was a real pleasure to have Aspray on our side - they have so much knowledge in handling insurance claims and used it to our benefit.
