Agincare (Home Care & Live-in Care) - Newcastle under Lyme

My wife's carers are brilliant very loyal and trustworthy. She has three. Jane. Beverley and Lydia we would not be without them. Thanks ladies ❤️

Started employment with Agincare and did my shaowing was very unimpressed with the way care staff were treating patients. found out they had employed me with no contract signed and no completed DBS which is illegal. they applied for a dbs then withdrew the application dispite this being paid for by myself and not the agency. staff are snooty nosed and will try and manipulate certain circumstances you do not get three warnings. and they accuse without evidence. I would not reccomend working for this agency or having them care for loved ones.

My husband had care from Agincare from July 2022 to January 2023, and we can highly recommend them. Nothing was too much trouble and the care we both received was professional, helpful and friendly. The carers were a credit to the company. Many thanks and all the best for the future.
