Great service from Living at Home in Swansea. Great provider of home care services that was a great help to our family. Would highly recommend if you have a loved one who wants to remain living at home, but just needs a little extra help.

Brightcare staff supported my dad at home a number of years ago before he died.The staff were always friendly and supportive and neat in appearance. We felt reassured leaving him with them while my mother got a social break for a few hours from her role as his carer.Recently I contacted them to source potential support for my unwell mother at short notice so that she would have back up while I was away on holiday. Meredyth Deans was very helpful and although my mother recovered from her illness and decided she would not need support, Meredyth listened and tried to help with organising a package at very short notice . I will definitely revisit using Brightcare in the future.

I worked for Golden Services last year which was a great company to work for, the job satisfaction you get from caring for people and also working alongside hardworking dedicated carers is brilliant.

I would highly recommend Vicki. She is so caring, passionate and goes above and beyond. Vicki treats the people that she cares for as if they where part of her family. I just wish they where more people like her out there. Having dealt with people in the past with no experience or compassion for the people they care for. I'm so glad I found Vicki and wish I had found her sooner.

Currently work at caremark mansfield and I have done for the last almost two years I have worked my way up from a carer to a field care supervisor and I have loved every minute I've never came across any issues with the office staff as previous reviews have stated if issues have risen it has been due to carers either not turning up for shifts or previous calls have had emergencies this company has always and will always continue to put its service users and staff first regardless

I love the Home Instead philosophy, where it is about caring about the person and not caring for them, a subtle but really important distinction. Well worth speaking and listening to them to learn more about the way they work.

Excellent service. Arrived promptly and worked hard all day splitting logs. Amazed how much he managed to do. Pleasant and professional, Darren went the extra mile with follow up service. I would strongly recommend him.

Deckchair Care look after my mum on a daily basis, she has the same regular carer, who she has built a lovely relationship with, whom she trusts and looks forward to seeing everyday. Deckchair have a portal that I have access to, so I can see daily updates and see her wellbeing score, which as a daughter is reassuring. My family and I were very nervous to have carers look after my mum but both the management and carers have been professional, accommodating and have reassured myself, our family and most importantly my mum and dad. I couldn't recommend Deckchair Care more, they are fantastic!! *****
