Bright Care Stirling

We have been using Bright Care for over 3 years. Carers are trained in dementia care and offer good advice to help families create a happy fun relationship giving everyone including extended family a much happier time. Carers do shopping, plan meals, cook fresh food, do housework, take loved ones out shopping, to cafes, for walks, to meet other elderly relatives, to hairdressers and anywhere our parent wants to go. Carers also do activities such as assisted baking, art, flower arranging, gardening etc. Bright Care are more expensive than other care companies but staff are experienced and trained, they offer daily communication, and they have cars to keep your loved one independent outside of the home. I can't thank them enough because in our case dementia and happiness have walked hand in hand.

I work in the Bridge of Allan branch and came to bright care from another care company. Our focus really is on the individuals we care for, allowing them to live at home as independently as possible suiting their needs. I have found a great team of carers and a supportive office and management team

We have had the support of Bright Care for 4 years….through out we have worked together to build a shared understanding and they have have worked directly with and supported my mum with respect and total professionalism and enabled her to continue to live an independent life where she retains control and keeps doing the things she wants to do. Through out but especially recent weeks Joan and Sandra have been totally and utterly amazing. (and not forgetting Tricia before!) What a team and I would not hesitate to recommend…. The continuity care and compassion along with sense of fun and positive outlook on life has made such a difference. This is how care should be….. bottle it and replicate it! Thank you!

The staff at Brightcare Bridge of Allan enabled my elderly cousin with dementia to live at home on her own . They went above and beyond what you would expect of carers sorting out the daily issues that can arise with someone with dementia . My cousin had a quality of life she couldn't otherwise have had thanks to the staff. They were always cheerful and my cousin loved their visits particularly when they took her out for a run in the car. They had lots of laughs and fun together. The staff kept me informed and I had few worries knowing they would do their best to make sure she was safe and well. Living at a distance this was important to me. I can't thank them enough for all that they did for my cousin.

Sylvia has been a consistent and very effective carer for my mum. She has shown a skilful combination of humour and kindness in dealing with her. It is always a pleasure to deal with Sylvia. She has been one of the best carers I’ve come across.

Brightcare agency have given me peace of mind with their care for my mother. The carers are well trained professional and enjoy what they do. Mum is very happy with them. The administration is also excellent. Tracy has helped me out often with fast, efficient response to changes to Mum's care plan.We live at different ends of the UK so this back up is essential to me. I highly recommend Brightcare if you are looking for care for a loved one.

Our Mother has Dementia and lives on her own , she is fairly elderly but is able to move around.I was introduced to Brightcare over 3 years ago Mandy was the general manager then. Since the first time I had the pleasure of being introduced to the friendly team I knew Mum would be in great hands. All the staff had a wealth of experience . I was apprehensive about more strangers meeting mum for the first time - I had no cause for concern what so ever .The staff were brilliant at making mum feel at ease, and the relationship with mums carer Tricia , is excellentThis organisation are extremely professional, caring and really DO go the extra mile - EG during lockdown we were unable to visit mum , and the staff baked a small Birthday cake and organised a celebration for my mum. ( Adhering to all the regulations at that time) This is just one example , countless times they are already one step ahead" in terms of what mum requires

I had met several of the carers in Bridge of Allan, during their visits to a friend, Margaret, who has since passed away, and knew how they looked after her. So when my bossy daughters decided I needed care after my spell in hospital, I became the recipient of the same attentions from the Bridge of Allan contingent. I am feeling much better now, but I really appreciate the visits from my carers, not only with their help with household tasks, the pleasant companionship, but also with expert IT advice with my computer. Since my live-in advisor (husband) died, I have missed this, so help in this direction has been very useful!How does Brightcare manage to find such lovely staff?Deirdre Sprunt.

I can’t recommend brightcare bridge of allan highly enough. Gail and Tracy are very thorough and professional in ensuring that adequate and suitable levels of care is maintained. They have a fantastic first class team of carers.I would recommend without hesitation.
