Got referred to the school of dentistry with extreme dental pain, the student dentist Sean was absolutely amazing, so professional, and patient with me as I would be a nervous patient. From going from the worst pain I’ve ever felt to complete relief, I couldn’t thank him enough. The whole team was brillaint, the supervising dentist and the dental nurse as well. Best of luck in your career Sean, thanks again so much! 10/10

At first, despite being a tricky extrcation, i thought I'd recieved good care. However, had to go back because somehow developed dry socket even though I don't smoke and dont drink and didn't even eat for 24 hours after the extravtion.I then had to go back a 3rd time because where they'd put the needle into my gums for local anaesthetic, I've now got pus coming out of the hole (this is 2 weeks on now).Was sent to seven trees for follow uo care and literally all they did was clean with corosdyl mouthwah? £25.80 appointment for something i could have done myself.Now having to fork out to go private for ACTUAL care because the aftercare and service recieved has created yet a new problem that the extraction should have fixed.

As a medical student myself, I registered for treatment by students at the dental hospital. I found it quite odd to be given an appointment right in the middle of Easter holiday, as I will be away from university at that time (as every other student would be?). Anyway, I rang the number provided to rearrange, and the woman who spoke to me was EXTREMELY RUDE, saying that the hospital can’t be giving out appointments “whenever it suits me”. It is quite hard to describe the level of disregard in writing. In the end, my appointment was cancelled altogether. As a result, I don’t have to say anything about the treatment itself.

Dental staff are excellent, however the receptionist downstairs in the lobby of the hospital chubby black woman sitting next to the wall behind the computer screen is very unhelpful and arrogant, rolling her eyes up and down and glares at you which is not friendly at all.Otherwise the nurses and others are all good

Great service at Birmingham Orthodontics. Dr Panesar and the team are friendly and welcoming and have given my confidence back with my straight smile, just in time for my wedding. I had clear fixed top brace and metal bottom and my teeth went from crooked to straight in approx a year- super happy with the results. Would highly recommend!

The training so far has been easy to follow and is made to be quite relaxed and enjoyable. There are PowerPoints to watch, interspersed with little games or quizzes. The tutor is very friendly and approachable. You can tell she enjoys her work and is extremely knowledgeable.

I had such a brilliant experience today, I called with an emergency as had the worst tooth ache I have ever experienced in my life after root canal treatment from a different dentist.The receptionist I spoke to was lovely very kind and considering I wasn’t a patient at this particular clinic they managed to fit me in within 2 hours of me calling which is incredible. I had called around 5 other dentists who could not fit me in as I wasn’t a patient but yet @atelier dentistry could.Craig the dentist who attended to me was amazing he could see I was in great pain and was so calm despite my anxiousness.He successful completed my treatment and I have no pain.I have booked a further consultation as they are truly epic!The clinic is also very beautiful and looks stunning and creates a relaxed atmosphere.I would highly recommend.
