First visit as a new patient, very friendly staff and dentist. Felt at ease and could ask questions.

I had been waiting weeks for a cancellation to have my partial dentures sorted, and as soon as I had my check up the step in dentist sorted it straight away and am looking forward to wearing properly again.

My dentist at this practise is Armand Camderman. His patience and kindness makes a visit to the dentist very easy. We have two children, the smallest one was always fearful but Armand made every effort to make her feel at ease. In the past 12 months I have had two big procedures and Armand has provided thoughtful aftercare beyond expectation.Everyone that works at the practise has the best intentions, to do their best for our teeth. What more can a patient ask for.

Having had a traumatic experience with a dentist at an early age. I have an ingrained fear of any treatment.I was referred to Greg Finn by my dentist for restoration work. I was under the illusion that my teeth were in good condition at my age, no decay, a few chips and they are all my teeth.I went along for a consultation, explained my thoughts and fears. Greg listened, took photos, scans etc and booked a further appointment.From the first point of contact with lovely Amanda through to having my teeth restored over a number of weeks, I really can’t speak highly enough of the whole team at this practice.Greg has been kind, caring and sensitive to my fears. If you have any phobias this is the practice to care for you.Now for the painful part, he is not cheap, but, you are worth it.His skills are amazing, my teeth are beautiful, his restoration work is outstanding, he is an artist. You are in safe hands.My mindset has totally changed towards having private treatment. I wish I had found Greg years ago. I will be going to this practice from now on for all of my care.

I was in for an emergency appointment after I banged my teeth falling and the dentist I saw was extremely well mannered and very professional. Explained exactly what was happening in an understanding manner. I felt very comfortable and in safe hands. Please pass on my thankyou to him

Greeted by receptionist dentist wsWas running 1/2hr late. Receptionists explaining the new pt plan or private rules, as no longer going 2 be an NHS practice. The patient was told she would save money, um NO! Then told there was a £75 fee to be accepted onto the plan!Have felt for a while this practice only care about money & pushing 'paying' treatments'.Dentist you friendly as always.

I have been with D0 Rundle for many years. Today my crown came out. I called to get an appointment to have it reset. I was told that there was an appointment however I'd been taken off their books for not having had a check up in the last 4 years. I tried 'in vain' to discuss with the receptionist that within the past 4 years we had covid and I did miss my check up around May this year, for which I'd previously called and apologised as my Dad had passed away at the time and it had slipped my mind. Im extremely Disappointed to have now been taken off your books DP Rundle. And your receptionist had such an attitude that made me feel very insignificant.

My children and I moved to smileone after my previous dentist completey stopped NHS treatment. The smileone dentist and staff are brilliant. It is easy to book appointments, there is excellent communication throughout and the dentist is great with my children. I had to wait a while on one occasion but that is to be expected in any form of healthcare. Thank you for continuing to stay NHS for the many that need it.
