Cygnet House Dental Studio

At last a dentist I can trust.So pleased I found this dental practice. I now have a dentist I can trust unlike my previous NHS dentist. Mitchell and the girls and Lisa the Hygienist are all so friendly and caring (not forgetting the lovely Marley). I am a very nervous patient but they are all so understanding. Mitchell is an excellent dentist and takes the time to talk me through what is happening each step of the way making sure I am comfortable throughout.

I have just moved to area and had tooth ache. My first visit was an examination and x-ray. I found the Clinic very friendly, professional, clean and all Covid safety in place. Unfortunately my tooth was best to be removed which I had done last week. I was quite scared of having this done as some of my friends have had horror stories at their Dentist.Mitchell made me feel at ease explained everything clearly and showed my x-rays on a large screen to explain what was happening with my tooth and infection. The removal was so quick and pain free. I was given an aftercare pack which I followed at home. A week on - no pain, infection free thanks to my new Dentist !. Can't recommend this team enough I never thought I would get a Surgery that was as good as the one I hand been at for the past six years but Cygnet House is even better !

I was on a family holiday in Skegness. Called the practice to see if they could help me as I was in severe pain, I had an emergency appointment the next day. The dentist was so caring and patient with me as I am very scared of dentists and dental work.In fact he was so nice and calm that I'm going to be using him as my dentist even though its a 2 hour drive!

I hadn’t been to a dentist for 32 years and after bad toothache during lockdown I decided I had to do something about it. I was terrified at the thought of going and had a recommendation from another nervous patient to come to Mitchell. The team are so kind and compassionate, I needed quite a lot of work doing including 4 wisdom teeth extractions, but Mitchell put me at ease and is so skilled at what he does that I can honestly say that I haven’t felt any pain during treatment and by the last visit I wasn’t at all worried. I highly recommend Cygnet House, the whole team are great, thank you!

My wife had her first appointment at Cygnet House Dental Studio today. She was so happy with the dental care and treatment that she received. Dr Mitchell Clark was kind, caring and patient. He dealt with an ongoing issue quickly and painlessly. An excellent dental studio, highly professional with great customer care, service and satisfaction from the whole team.

I could have written this review at any time over the last eight years and it would always be five stars. Moving to a new area, we needed to change dentists and were so glad to have access to the highest standards of care with Mitchell and the team at Cygnet House. In straightforward terms, Mitchell rectified treatment I'd had done previously and ensured since that my dental health has never been better. Without exception all the staff comfortably meet and exceed any measure you might set for patient care. I've already recommended them to a relative who is not comfortable even thinking about a visit to the dentist; they are now far more relaxed about the whole experience thanks to everyone at Cygnet House. I'd recommend them without question.

Could not recommend this dental studio enough. They made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door.I had the smilelign treatment, and I'm so happy with the results. It's changed the way I smile and has given me more confidence in day to day life. Mitch was amazingly consistent throughout the whole treatment, making sure my teeth were moving the right way - and the hygienist was equally as thorough with keeping my teeth in the best possible health throughout. Mitch found the best way to get my teeth straightened without having to remove any of mine as they were all quite healthy. If I had a problem with the retainers at any point (for instance, any cracking due to my rough handling) they went out of their way to get me a new set sorted within 48 hours.Thank you to the whole team for doing this for me, and giving me more confidence in my smile!

I wanted to say a big thank you to Mr Clark and his wonderful staff! I actually look forward to my visits to the dentist having been going to this practice for about 20 years and have always been thoroughly looked after. Having had cancer treatment which discoloured my teeth Mitchell recommended teeth whitening and I am very impressed by the results! I found it so easy to use, and would definitely recommend it to others. Having had an awful year this has made me feel much more confident and feel more like me again! I couldn't be happier!

Cannot praise this dental practice enough. From when you first step through the door and until you leave you are made to feel so welcome and at ease. The receptionist is really friendly and helpful. The hygienist is so helpful with her advice and makes you feel at ease along with her nurse. Dr Clark, who insists on being called by his first name Mitchell but more than deserves his Dr title, has an excellent bedside manner, shows great empathy, is honest and is excellent at his job as is his dental nurse. Thank you to you all.
