Used to live there actually the staff and the management was under pressure during cor vid the staff was working sixteen hrs days no time off actually looka head staff stepped up their duty of care by a thousand percent.but got really rude I was fobbed off last week by some staff telling me I should be patient. and dropped my call twice no apologies don't matter thy shutting down ops as march of 2024.as far as the drugs goes what can be done first don't give money to em the addicts .

Social Care Exchange
Home From Home CareSocial Care Exchange, 1 Low Moor Rd, Lincoln LN6 3JYMy experience with this company was shocking! On the course there was 8 of us. And on day three 6 out of the 8 were dismissed the reasons are as follows below... 1. Myself. thrown of the course for smoking outside of the grounds. 2. Female 5 minutes late an language (yet both trainers swore) 3. Female wearing designer ripped Jean's 4. Gent for being late once after lunch 5. Female for having her phone on the table and not in her bag. 6. Female for asking did she have to demonstrate CPR as she had already done this course 9 times. I was shocked with horror that this happened so I wrote a letter of complaint, I sent in an email to hfhc department also to info hfhc also two members of staff inwhich iv had contact with during the process. My email is copied below, I'm hoping to get a reply but as it's already been 24 hours and not one reply I'm not hopeful......... 15/05/2019 To whom this may concern I (name) attended training Tuesday, Wednesday and today at Lincoln. At around 2 PM during exam two women entered the room, told us (group of tranees) to stop what we were doing. We all stopped and listened to them introduce themselves as (name) and (name). (Name)then led the conversation to the group which was very abrupt and rude, informing us that we will all be taken individually to a office to speak to (name) about how we are finding the training. Also stated very abruptly you are not aloud false nails for training or work and if your not happy leave now (while throwing her left arm up and pointing towards the window) then said if anyone has ripped Jean's on leave now it's not suitable clothing ( nowhere in my paper work did it state what to wear for our training days) they then left the room. One at a time we were called and escorted to an office by (name) where another woman was sat at a laptop. She asked me what i thought of training so far. I said very interesting in the respect of learning a lot. She then said a complaint had been made regarding me not smoking in the correct area, which I was told about the day before. I was smoking on my lunch break over the road after my lunch near a food hut. I then walked back towards the building and put my cigarette out. At no point was I in the grounds of SCE. HFHC I explained this and she said well its health and safety and you shouldn't be smoking near food that's also health and safety. I was not aware I was not aloud to smoke in my own time on the opposite street or I would of stuck by the rules. I asked could this not be corrected and her reply was no could I have your photo id back please. I am deeply ashamed that I have been treat in this manner by what I thought was an outstanding company. Please don't hesitate to reply or contact me on .. I feel personally disappointed and discriminated against as a smoker!

Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (Cafcass)
Thoroughly corrupt and evil people. During our divorce I expected joint custody as I had spend 50:50 time raising my child and had a great relationship with him, but my ex cut off contact with my child. I went to court and the Cafcass representative who interviewed me said it was clear I was a great father, however, her boss Joanna Snee, who had never spoken to either parent or had any knowledge of the case overruled her and sent a message to the judge saying the judge should do whatever the mother wanted. This led to disaster for all of us as we have had to make do with the financial and emotional wreckage of those events and will have to our whole lives. These people abuse their power horribly.

They have no clue and even complain when you report issues too many times for heir liking. Unprofessional, and do not do their due diligence. They are a risk to children wellbeing.

First year of fostering and couldn’t have had a more supported and positive experience from FCA. Right from our first contact with them, FCA has felt like a family who genuinely care their children and their carers.
