I have worked for FCA for over 20 years, and had the privileged of working alongside knowledgeable and skilled staff within both the region and nationally who are committed to their roles, share the same goals and aspirations, and are a great support and inspiration to each other. With regular support meetings, free thoughtful events for you and the family and an experienced buddy programme we’ve been blown away with FCA’s commitment to their carers and the children with you. Fostering is hard work but rewarding and the hard work is easier with the right support.
