Rawdon Dental Practice

I registered my mum. who suffers with Parkinson's disease, last month. We had an initial new patient appointment and saw Penny. She was professional and most of all very patient and caring with mum. She treat mum with the upmost respect and explained her treatment to her clearly, ensuring she understand. She arranged a referral to the dental hospital and kept both mum and myself updated with the progression. We visited again today, as mum was experiencing pain from a broken tooth. Again the care provided was amazing. I am so glad I transferred mum to this dental practice and that she is cared for by Penny. The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the wonderful staff.

I had implants done just over a week ago. I was nervous but all the staff at Rawdon Dental Practice and Alex Jones Dentistry were absolutely fantastic. I would like to thank each and every one for making the experience as easy as it could be.I cannot explain how much I love my new teeth but I think the fact that I can’t stop smiling says a lot.I would and will highly recommend Rawdon Dental Practice and Alex Jones Dentistry to anyone. Both Simon and Tanya have been brilliant with me over the last couple of years. They are so patient and reassuring. They are a credit to the practice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I hate dentists! No that’s not fair. I hate going to the dentist but John explains, advises and lists the alternate treatments and costs so you know exactly where you are and thanks to his expertise my remaining elderly teeth can still enjoy a juicy steak and smile afterwards !

After years of avoiding dentists I attempted to get over my fears by registering and booking with Rawdon Dental Practice. John was very understanding and considerate about my fears, explaining exactly what he would be doing, what to expect and frequently checking in to make sure all was good with me while he was working. After a fairly significant amount of restoration/repair work he's done an absolutely amazing job. I've only used John's expertise so I cannot comment on the other Dentists here, however I cannot see that the same high level of professionalism, care and skill would not be applicable for those also. Very happy with the practice and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a caring dentist that offers different treatments and cares about their patients rather than just wanting to make a quick buck.

Super friendly staff and very knowledgable dentists. Had an emergency with a tooth and was seen to within 4 hours. Highly recommend joining this practice if you're looking for a new one.

Five stars does not seem adequate! I was impressed after my first visit, even more so after my second. I have never had a dentist do a full assessment of my teeth and then have a meeting to discuss the options. John took the time to show me which tooth we were discussing and explain why he was making each recommendation.Last Friday I had my first treatment and was extremely happy. John has a very calm energy which I find reassuring. He is also very gentle. I did not feel the injection at all. He checked throughout the treatment that I was OK which I really appreciated.I had been looking for a good dentist for ages and am really happy to have found one. John is very professional, thorough and delivers a high quality service. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a new dentist.
