I ordered at the start of December for my daughter for her Christmas present and ordered 5 items, I needed to return one item after Christmas and the return was processed very quickly and they were very friendly. Would buy again A+

Was in Liverpool over a weekend and got recommended this place by a friend. The service was outstanding. The guy that served me knew what he was talking about. He offered to try repair my old device for free. I landed up buying the Pulsar RoK on his recommendation. Never been happier with it. Also chucked in a bunch of freebies too. The shop is well stocked with all your smoking needs. I'll definitely be back. Thanks guys!

Nice little shop however the abusive stuff let's it down everytime! on more than one occasion they have been very rude, if you wish to go here then be advised you are not welcome with children. Your child will get watched and as soon as any oppotunity of them touching stock the staff do not hesitate to raise their voices at them. my daughter is only 4 she was approached by the lady and told off for touching stock and then abuse was thrown at me after i said there was no need to be so harsh on her as no harm has actually been done, my little girl had her head down and hands in mouth like she had done something really bad but both staff will raise their tones again and tell you not to return which I won't intend to anyway as how you can be expected to browse their stock but not be able to take your eye off your child at all in doing so is ridiculous. I understand the difference between a reckless child that is running about the shop but this was not the case at all it was all extremely unecassary behaviour from the staff. Very rude man and lady!

Just popped in the shop with wife and nine year old daughter who really enjoyed it for nose around. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. Plenty of costumes and memorabilia to look at. Definitely worth a look on the way through

No friendly vibe as soon as I entered the shop, not very wecoming and quite unhelpful. Shop assistance doesn't want to adjust the bracelet unless I buy it, event though it's an adjustable leather bracelet!!Remeber it's not all about selling....service and your reputation very imporatant too. Customer service clearly not in their DNA!!

I dont usually leave reviews but i definitely think this guy needs one! 10 out of 10 work! Fast working, great price and does beautiful work! Will definitely recommend to my friends and family! Thank you
