Couldn’t of asked for a more perfect service. Not only did Ryan and Simon take time to listen to our ideas and request they were able to understand the sentiment behind our bespoke piece and convey this into a truly stunning bespoke piece of jewellery to cherish forever. They were easily contactable throughout the process and happy to update on progress. From the first meeting at the workshop to receiving the finished piece we couldn’t of felt more at ease in hands of people who truly care about their craft.

Effortlessly professional! Fantastic experience from start to finish. Being able to personally design every aspect of the ring was important to us but a complex thing to get right. Simon guided us through the process and made it easy. Our engagement ring was perfect in every way!

Really great ring + serviceWe really enjoyed working with Simon on my wife's engagement ring and wedding band set.My wife had a specific design in mind and Simon's expertise and skills meant that her design was brought to life. The quality of the rings is exceptional and they both look amazing. Had a great experience at Bespoke Goldsmith, where we got our classic wedding bands. First we had a consultation appointment with Simon, who helped us with choosing the profile, and designed mine such that it fit around my engagement ring. Afterwards, the follow-up communication was with Ryan, all went super smooth! The rings turned out beautifully and were ready on time. Additionally, they polished my engagement ring so that it was nice and ready for the wedding day. Thank you!

I have used Simon and Ryan for a number of repairs and custom work over the last few years and couldn't recommend them more! They listen to all my picky requirements and have done a phenomenal job in recently creating a bespoke aquamarine and diamond ring for me. I've told all my friends about them and will no doubt continue to use their services for many years to come! They are also genuinely lovely blokes. A pleasure to deal with and both so passionate about what they do :)

This is an absolutely WONDERFUL jeweler. From the very first time I stepped foot in this shop I knew I came to the right place. I felt super well taken care of by both Ryan and Simon and like all my needs were heard! I had an engagement ring that I needed to have reset and throughout the entire process I felt like my gorgeous stones (emerald and diamond) were treated with care. We had an initial meeting where we discussed my goals for the ring and over the course of a couple months we talked over email and by phone. We had a final meeting to discuss exactly what I wanted before turning in my ring and Simon (jeweler) drew up some ring sketches and discussed the ins and outs of making a durable, beautiful, and statement ring for me that I would love forever. Not only did Simon take hours of his time to get me exactly what I wanted, he made 2 wax models for me to try on and kept in touch with me about the progress of my piece. I am not a super patient person (working on it) and both Simon and Ryan responded to every single one of my emails and phone calls with kindness and care! Also, Ryan is just an awesome person to interact with - such a great person to talk to and prompt at answering emails and messages! The final product is just absolutely breathtaking, even better than I could have imagined it in the first place. I am not much of an “artist” and did not quite know what the ring would end up looking like, but Simon’s high quality craftsmanship and talent for making unique pieces of jewelry really shows in this ring. I would 100% recommend him to anybody who wants a quality, beautiful, timeless piece that is unique and stunning. Thank you so much Simon!

Debeers or Boodles...no, Bespoke Goldmith in Hatton Garden.My husband used Bespoke Goldsmith to create my engagement ring and I was so amazed by the beautiful piece of art they created. A few days after the proposal we popped into their very stylish workshop in Hatton Garden to resize the ring slightly. I often get comments at my place of work asking if my ring is from Debeers or Boodles. In reality I like that it is made in a small artisan studio. It is a one off, unique ring.
