The staff were not friendly. Expected more tiles. Information about the tiles would have been helpful, such as price, dimensions, etcUpdate. Thank you for your reply Alison. I have chosen some tiles now (another retailer) appreciate your positive response and have added an extra star.

We were getting a new kitchen, we needed tiles and we had ideas of what we wanted, we looked online but we didn't see anything and we preferred to see them on a wall display, we went to tiles uk within 20 minutes we had paid loaded the car and were heading home, I would absolutely recommend Tiles UK Ltd.

Staff were super unhelpful didn't want to know at all. Couldn't show me any ranges I asked about, couldn't give me an order date, couldn't give me a price for product!! Arrogant attitude, went somewhere else in the end

Wonderful choice of tiles! I can't recommend them highly enough. There was so much choice and nothing was too much trouble. Prices were very fair for porcelain tiles and the standard and quality were superb. The staff were also lovely, we bought the right ones here after searching pretty much the whole of cheshire. I only found them by accident too! Thank you so much.

Great customer service. The showroom was closed but we saw the floor tiles we liked and the assistant put a piece of our worktop and wall tile against to give us an indication. Looked great so bought the tiles
