Fantastic job of shoe repair by Steve at Timpsons in Morrisons Preston.Steve knows his job very thorough in his work.

Shocking! Took a pair of well looked after Loakes for a temporary sole repair which needed to last a day at the most. Jobsworth cobbler said he wouldn’t provide rubber patches because they wouldn’t last. Explained they didn’t need to last as it was a temporary repair until they could be re-soled properly. Refused to help even in this emergency situation, probably due to his ‘reputation’ but then sent me to another branch of Timpson. Get over yourself - it’s a pair of shoes that needed a quick fix before a proper repair. Suspect he was just being idle.Took to the other Timpson store (which will receive five stars) who said absolutely no problem, I collect them in an hour.

Went in for passport photos, guy behind the counter was very helpful, we were in and out in 5 minutes

Friendly, welcoming. Had new key fob battery fitted. Very knowledgeable and quick.

David was very helpful in cutting a few keys, was still super fab when we went back in as one was a bit glitchy and all sorted.

I love my perfume who dosent? But iv got to admit iv ad most from this shop it's ok but that need more offers on the shelf.

Was getting a key cut here on 8th July 23 around 4pm. A guy came along and said excuse me, do you cut these types of keys.. The boy cutting the keys completely lost his temper shouting I'm with a customer here and he made me feel really uncomfortable and uneasy. Something that turned from a pleasant experience into quite a scary experience for me. He could quite easily have said yes we do, will be with you in a moment, or no we don't sorry try so and so down the road.. I don't leave reviews but this behaviour isn't acceptable and Timpson should better pick their staff sorry to say.

I received fantastic service at timpson near sainsbury on kigsmead road from Jason. Quick delivery of the service and amazing advice on the repair of my shoes. I would 100% recommend this company and the services to whomever needs them. Happy customer
