Waste-Management Service

My wife and I would like to thank CSG for coming out on a bank holiday weekend, during covid-19 lockdown.Our septic tank was overflowing and we were in a panic. I was showering with the hose in the garden and we had few options thanks to social distancing. CSG didn't overcharge and came round promptly.

A company with heart, great customer service and a can do and accommodating attitude. I had an unusual request for a friend so was unable to give the usual level of detail, and called Saturday for a job that coming Monday. The number got me straight to a very friendly gentleman that was willing to go out of his way to do what was needed. It was refreshing to call and speak directly to someone knowledgeable, friendly and flexible, without waiting on hold for a call centre rep that would have struggled with my out of the box request and timescales. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

We have used this company to take scrap away from several of our sites. On each occasion they have been exceptionally helpful and very professional. We would not hesitate in using them for future projects.

Booked weeks in advance for 9.30am. Was told at 9.15am that no chance of arrival before 12pm. Not helpful at such short notice, had to hire a van to move my things.Had used Carlos about three years ago, i recall he was 2 hours late then, but I naively gave him another chance. Never again!

Well ran, the lads get you in as quick as they can given its too small for the traffic it gets.. expect to wait when it's busy .!!

Red light and barrier that stops you from getting out is completely unnecessary and creates a queue, you’re sat for over 5 mins yet there’s no traffic. Also very invasive how it takes your car registration without asking. One of the worse recycling centres I’ve been to.

Fantastic service from Amanda and Barry. We were a first time customer and first time emptying a septic tank. Amanda and Barry were both lovely and very patient, explaining the process from top to bottom. Barry talked us through everything on the day and it was great to learn.Friendly reliable service with integrity. 100% recommend!
