CSG Newbury

My wife and I would like to thank CSG for coming out on a bank holiday weekend, during covid-19 lockdown.Our septic tank was overflowing and we were in a panic. I was showering with the hose in the garden and we had few options thanks to social distancing. CSG didn't overcharge and came round promptly.

Arrived on time to empty septic tank. Tank was half empty due to blockage in pipe from inspection chamber. Alex, the operative, managed to empty the chamber and rodded the outflow pipes. He was most helpful and went beyond merely emptying the tank.

Absolutely charming driver, used for the last 8 years and always bright and cheerful, a pleasure to deal with.

Booked CSG to empty our septic tank. We've never done this before and they were extremely professional with great customer service. They called when I made the booking to let me know they were processing it, then called again to check access as we have a narrow driveway. The engineer turned up first thing on the day alloted and was friendly, polite and efficient. Great service.

Regular/routine removal of sludge from our septic tank. Driver/operator was friendly, considerate and professional taking care to position his vehicle well in a tight location and cleaning up such that there was no indication he had been. Great job.

As always a pleasurable experience from a company carrying out a tricky job. It is very nice to see the same chap who knows our waste water system, it also says much for the company that it is the same man. All the work carried out cleanly and efficiently. Happy to recommend.

Used for domestic waste tank emptying. Booked on-line received a call the same day to confirm the booking. The team at CSG stayed in touch throughout to make sure we'd be in. Turned up in a clean well maintained vehicle with a professional driver who then proceeded to get straight to work. Sceptic tank emptying can be a real mine field of people not turning up, tank not being fully emptied etc. CSG are the solution to this, book and pay on-line, they call you, appointment booked, tank emptied, reports and receipts e-mailed to you all at no more cost than any of the other companies. I won't use anyone else now and can happily recommend them to all.
