Awful company. I've had noise pollution coming from the main building (sounds like the air filtration system) for over a month now. First they sent out a plumber who could hear the noise but couldn't fix the problem, caretaker can also hear the noise and is trying to help. Sent out a surveyor who didn't seem interested in helping just a bunch of excuses one after another. Not been able to sleep properly due to sleep deprivation.

No heating no hot water trying to phone emergency but keeps ring off I'm disabled my grandson is to he his nine my partner is also partly disabled can't get through at all joke

Have just completed a Mutual Exchange after years of searching. Caroline was brilliant from start to finish and very helpful with any questions we had. Communication was brilliant as she was always a phone call away and would always call back if unable to get hold of her initially.

Currently gone 5 full days with no working boiler, in December. Absolutely full of a cold, can’t give my toddlers a bath or warm their rooms. Not taken seriously, keep getting non-emergency appointments, two of which didn’t turn up. It’s now going to be at least a week with no boiler as it’s weekend. Disgusted with how iv been treated.

Instead of helping tenants struggling with rent… they are scamming tenants.

Excellent, whenever something breaks or stops working they come fix it when they can. Ive never had to wait too long.

Possibly the worst housing to ever be with... If you need an emergency repair doing, you'll just have to cope with it, because you'll be queue position one for 2 hours before they even answer the phone and that's if they even answer and then they'll tell you they'll be out within 24 hours and then not come unless you call them back.I've been on hold for over 2 hours in queue position 1 now.Believe me, it's not just this that this housing is absolutely terrible at... The customer service you get is disgusting, the way they talk to you and you'll never get anything repaired unless you're happy to wait years for it.They don't care that my heating is broken and my 2 year old child Is.shiverijg.... they just tell me there's nothing they can do.If you get offered a house by these, DO NOT take it! We're already trying to get out of our house after just one year being here.It's.not even the area that's made us leave, because the area is fantastic, right on the canal, it's outside our front doorz but the housing and service you get from these is that bad, it's made us want to leave.

very bad I am a young girl with depression and leg injury,8 months ago i apply but they didnt give me biding number,after 8 months that i many times go there and ask they say aww yes this is your bid number,i live in hostel with 20 steps and becouse for my ankel i have pain every night and just cry...at frist i show the lady my medical record she say its not importent after i ask from lawyr they told yes its helpfull...very lirs... shamefull i dont think so this review be importent for them... im really sad

Absolute useless housing association. Im private but JigSaw own the land. They have the cheek to send a letter about thefront garden" which is nothing to do with us. Yet I've complained numerous times ended up loosing my leg due to the issues of the garden i stubbed my toe and lost my leg. Absolutely useless and complete hypocrites!!!Thankfully the nightmare neighbours have long gone these 2 photos show how my clear space to then have walked through using a crutch then tying when i became a fully wheelchair user..."
