Under new ownership since 2020, same team who own the Plymouth area. Very efficient and professional to deal with.

I worked for Betterclean at a local primary school and can honestly say it was one of the most straightforward and professional experiences I've had in this industry of work. From the recruitment process to them answering any queries I had as an employee it was all really well managed. They also had a really good induction and the other betterclean employees whom I worked with for a short period were also one of the reasons why I've rated this 5 stars. The support and care I was shown as a newbie was great.Betterclean were also able to offer more hours ie cover shifts on occasion.The only reason I left was because I had to recommence my studies and could not fit round my other work.

I have found Danni McIntyre professional, efficient and friendly since taking on the cleaning contract at the School where I am caretaker.

Wouldn't recommend this company to any business poor treatment of staff not only this didn't pay people which ended up with staff not coming in had cancelled our contract and paid another company avoid.

Constant mistakes with pay, after leaving and being due several days holdiay pay, they keep passing my emails over to payroll, nearly 10 emails later I still haven't had a concrete response. Absolutely ridiculous, do yourselves a favour and don't work for them, they'll tell you what you want and then stab you in the back.
