Sainsbury's Petrol Station
Gangs of loud racing cars and youths on cycles hang around outside using all the facilities. Gangs make the site feel dangerous especially from evenings onwards. Had to report to the kiosk youths on cycles smoking on the forcourt. Very dangerous. Police presence non existant. Also cars ride through the pump area to park at the shopfront. This could cause an accident when cars at the pump drive away. Also what is annoying are drivers who purchase fuel then carryout a 20 minute shop causing unnecessary queing.

I like it as is not too busy all the time, apart from having the extra nectar points when you purchase there. The petrol station is in a good location close to Wakefield city centre.

Consistently the lowest priced petrol in town and a free air machine! Of course because of this it is always busy. Being 24 hour is good but they shut half the station.

Worst customer service. I have rang to ask for fuel price and the woman on the phone was really rude asking who's ringing and why you want to know the price and when I said I am customer she put the phone down on me. The staff should be train properly in how to speak with a customer.

Fantastic staff I dropped 20 pound note yesterday unknown to me. And they picked it up searched thru the cameras and saw be drop it. Then get my mobile number from the sign written trailer and contacted me.Fantastic @treehunters we were over joyed thanks again

Go here majority of the time. Has good amount of pumps, think there are 18 in total. I have found that Prices here are always lowest in Wakefield. It Has a station to pump tyres and refill/topup water levels, or even just rinse hands after this is totally free which is great. They have a Hoover if you want to do a quick vac of car, think this is £1 for a few minutes. Then they have car washing station £1 for 3minutes. I usually get 9-12minutes. It has brush and jet hose with a selection of buttons from rinse to soap to wax and alloy cleaner. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

I put £10 diesel and I pay £10 but when I get the car I see something wrong I only get the half miles than its suppose to so last time be careful

Good price for super unleaded but still expensive. They need to make it a lot clearer to those driving into the station that a pump is CLOSED. Super unleaded pumps (there are only 8) shouldn't all be positioned at the far end of the petrol station and most of the petrol pipes are way too short if you have to use a left hand pump on a left side petrol tank (or visa versa)

Excellent service, the petrol was roughly 8 pence per litre cheaper. There are a lot of filling kiosks, I think around 12 and all have long long hose pipes so you can fill petrol or diesel on right as well as left sided fuel holes. The people serving are quite polite and give you a smile and a school points voucher in addition to nector points. There is also facility to do jet car wash.
