Jade has well and truly found a job she loves and enjoys as it shows in the delight and care she shows towards the dogs she grooms. She knows the ins and outs of her wagging customers and certainly keeps you updated throughout every step of the groom. Nothing is too much trouble and she entertains us with her lengthy informative posts about her furry friends!

Jade is a lovely very caring person .. I have a little dog who is so nervous and stressed when ever she goes to the groomers and in the past have refused to do her groom without sedatives ... I was no way going to do this to my dog ..a friend in a similar situation gave me Jade's details and over a few months has managed to gain the trust of my little girl and groomed her ..I'm am so happy with the way in which Jade treats the dogs when she has them sending me pics and videos to reassure me that the dogs are fine and happy ... Jade collects my dogs at my door and returns them at such a reasonable price ..I highly recommend her and the dogs alway come back beautiful..here is the first proper cut she had had in 2 years ..she was so mattered ..she was running around like a puppy when Jade had finished

I would not take my dog anywhere else apart from here. Molly comes back looking amazing and smelling beautiful.I know that when she is there Jade treats her as she would her own dog with lots of affection and care.Prices are great and the groom isn't rushed as it is in some conveyor belt" groomers. Molly is treated as an individual with her own quirky needs."

Jade really is the best in the business. We’d taken Cooper to several groomers before we found her and we’ve never looked back. She goes above and beyond to make sure Coops is comfortable before he’s even walked through the door and she takes progress pics and vids to show us what he’s been up to. Cooper doesn’t just get a groom, he gets the full on pamper treatment and he’s looking the best he’s ever looked. We’re so happy we found Jade ❤️

Jade certainly has her work cut out when grooming Candy, who is not at all happy having her feet, legs and ears touched. In fact, Candy was recently awarded a Certificate by Jade for Best Tap Dancing Dog which gives a good indication of what she's up against!! However, with patience, professionalism and persistence Jade achieves a great result. I have no hesitation in leaving my beloved King Charles Spaniel in Jade's care as I have total confidence in her abilities and her love for dogs is plain to see. Thank you Jade for your excellent service and friendliness.

Great experience for Arch's first groom with In the Dog House. Changed groomers to take advantage of the 1-1 approach here, and that dogs aren't crated before and after the groom. Jade was friendly and helpful, communicated well throughout and our fairly anxious boy had a good grooming experience. Will definitely book again for next time. Thanks!

Woody loves seeing Jade, I think as much as Jade loves seeing Woody. Absolutely made up with his cut and getting him booked in again so we don't leave it too late. Thanks again
