Pet groomer

My Westie was given a lovely cut and was happy and bouncy when we picked her up. This is my first dog and the groomer gave us lots of good advice on how to look after her coat etc. Premises are clean and professional and within walking distance of Shad Thames. We were nervous as we've just moved back here from Dubai where standards are high. We were very happy and the service is well priced. Thank you.

Appalling service, I missed one appointment due to my daughter being in hospital (only ever been once before, which I was 15mins early for). The lady on the phone asked for me to pay a cancellation fee, without finding out why I had missed the appointment. When I said I wouldn't pay this, as I had not been informed about it (not been sent any emails, or any communication from them) she suggested it was on the small print of the appointment card. As I had not seen this, or had it pointed out to me, or signed anything when registering with the groomers, I felt this was unfair. Then the lady on the phone suggested that I no longer use them as a groomers. No exceptions, no second chances and seemed like they didn't actually want my custom. The lady on the phone was extremely rude about this and offered no other solution. I will certainly not be returning and would highly discourage anyone from using their services, if you can even call it that. It's been no service at all!

Left my two westies Lola and Lily with Di. Loved her straight away. On collection was presented with two beautiful well groomed girls! Absolutely beautiful. Excellent professional service and great value for money. I would definately highly reccommend Dianne. Thank you so much x

We have been to several groomers with Teddy these are definitely the best. He hates being groomed but they manage to do a brilliant job

Took my dogs for teeth cleaning, highly recommended. They cleaŕly love animals and I was so impressed I've booked them in again.

I checked my dog for flees for 2 days before going to her appointment I could not find any but within 5 mins of me dropping my dog off, I was told to pick her back up because they found 3£25 for walking my dog in the door, daylight robbery. My dog does not mix with other dogs and she has her flee treatment every month. that’s my custom going else where .. cheers ! I have never been asked about flees by any vet ever. I also witnessed another gentleman on her previous visit to this groomers get charged for the full 2 hour grooming that was not done also due to “ flees”#moneyfornothing#lazyitus#yourshophasfleesAt no point did I say my dog has recently been treated for fleas. I said she has her flea treatment. Your shop is so fixated on fleas I been asked or told about fleas on each of her 3 visit’s. your getting £50 for doing nothing for each dog you say has fleas with a booked appointment! and the owner is getting nothing!!I should hope you de-flea your shop on a daily basis anyway !!!I have again checked my dog and I’ve never seen a flea on her since I have had her.
