Groom Room by Bella

Rosie at the Groom Room gave our very nervous old lurcher Dotty a wash and pamper. This was her first visit to a grooming parlour after a disasterous visit to another venue over 10 years ago. Dotty looks and smells amazing. As soon as we arrived we were made welcome and Dotty was encouraged to sniff around and settled quickly.The service from the Groom Room went above and beyond . This was our first visit today, Rosie texted me this morning and offered to collect Dotty in her 4x4 as the roads nearby were flooded after heavy rain overnight. I am very happy with the service and will definitely be visiting again. Thank you for looking after Dotty so well.

Wouldnt take my Frenchie anywhere else. Rosie is amazing with him and he loves seeing her!She must be a dog whisperer as he is always so well behaved when with her and never gives her any of the trouble he gives me!
