Great fun despite it hammering down for the whole experience. Our guide ( think his name was Joe?) was really friendly and made sure everyone was safe. Gave us a bit of extra guidance after we were ping ponging down the sides. One thing that wasn’t mentioned was parking; the meeting place is at the side of the canal, we asked and was told to use the community centre opposite. If you are lucky enough, they may be selling more cakes there for their scouts visit to London

Canoe and Kayak Store is an awesome paddling shop at CIWW - Ronnie's always super friendly and also gives really good advice about kit and kayaking - you can tell he's not trying to push for sales but rather wants to genuinely help people to make the right choices about their paddling gear. Online orders are also really easy and the delivery's always been super fast for the couple of products I've ordered. Products are really good value and often below the standard prices. They also have a wide range of demo boats so its great to go and try out a boat on the whitewater course. I would 100% recommend this shop - great service, great products, and great prices!

We had a great time rafting the Dee! Very well run with great staff and guides who really know what they're doing so you get to have a great time and feel looked after. The coffee in the cafe is worth a detour on it's own. 5* highly recommend.

Terrifically exciting and safely dangerous! The team engaged with everyone from the off. Friendly, professional and enthusiastic, the whole SASOutdoors team worked to make our experience the best it could be. Our leader, Adam (Fingers) was perfect for our group of 4 50-somethings. Two of us were terrified of ending up in the water, but as Adam calmly assured us, we were inevitably going to get wet. His reassurance and straightforward manner eliminated any fears to the point that we all willingly got into the river and happily floated downstream on our backs!Each of the team leaders worked tirelesssly to ensure everyone was kept safe, whilst still enjoying an incredibly thrilling experience! Thank you Adam, we'll be back!!

Great time spent yesterday at Bearded Men’s HQ. Axe throwing and archery supervised by Ali who was great. Kept us all entertained, well informed and well trained and safe. Could see a marked improvement from all involved over a short period especially with the bows and arrows. Great fun and will definitely be back for more.

Absolutely loved this place, staff where really friendly. We done the white water rafting and we had so much fun. All equipment was supplied. A photographer followed us and he was reasonably priced.

Beautiful little town. Perfect for a stroll by the river when the weather’s good.

Such an amazing experience! Our party of 7 had booked the evening slot for the Aqueduct Canoeing and we had a fantastic time. Liz was our guide; so lovely and patient with our group. We were talked through everything very well and were told a lot of facts about the Aqueduct. We all had so much fun and made some good memories. When we got back to the meeting point we spoke to Liz about some of the other activities that the team offer. We’ll definitely be back for more adventures. Thank you Liz for an amazing experience!

Was treated to a Virgin Experience. Organising the rafting in Wales was very easy with helpful staff at the end of the phone. The day itself was great! Friendly staff and thorough safety brief. The rafting itself was such good fun. Our team leader was Rob, he explained everything clearly and made us all feel relaxed. A great experience from the start, just a pity it had to end! Great day out. Good safety brief to start and Our guide was amazing and very clear on his instructions while we were out on the raft. He always checked in to make sure everyone was alright and made it lots of fun for us all.
