Don’t even bother with this eejit! Charged me 120 quid to use a folded up piece of paper to hold in a ribbon connection on a motherboard of a Samsung PC. I will be waiting one night for it to close and collect my refund.

I recommend this shop to you. The man in the shop is very helpful and is always happy to answer and help with any of your questions. I took a laptop in with no display he fixed it for me for a reasonable price. i definitely recommend this shop.

Nice enough shop and service etc. However after 2 weeks still unable to diagnose problem with a desktop not booting.Suspected CPU at fault and not cost effective to repair. Took it home it seems the heat sink wasn't fastened down correctly not sure if this was a consequence of the repair or had been like this from the start. The cpu didn't show any signs of the joining paste so suspect this may have always been this way.Anyway re-seated the heatsink and fan and voila everything now works.Looks a great shop for accessories though

Orders parts and claims they did not arrive. Not once did he message to say they had not arrived just waited until I left my positive review then made a claim against me and then gave me a negative review. Avoid business with this scammerAnd if you check your messages I sent you a receipt when purchased with proof of postage . So don't try make out I didn't and it was sent first class to keep the costs down for you . But you know full well first class is not tracked hence the claim back. And if you want to leave me negative reviews expect one in return.

I needed my 10 yr old laptop upgrading, after shopping around I found A1 computers to be the best option. The man in the shop took time to explain to me my options, he gave recommendations, and answered all my questions. He was the best priced and did the work in around 48 hours. My laptop is like new again in terms of performance, and I am happy with the service.

Took phone to have it unlocked was told 1 day waited a days over didn't get it unlocked instead was told to try original provider no compensation given for time wasted. For data protection reason I am unable to provide you with the details. I will be reporting your business as well to trading standards for misconduct and sending fake reports.
