As an old customer I always used this hardware shop over the years.We are so happy this shop is still here as we thought we lost it after the young couple bought the shop from original owner and they completely ruined it in short time they owned it. However recently another young couple bought the shop and now is the best we have seen it and they do very good quality products at very competitive prices,They expanded all the range across the shop and they do key cutting very cheap .

I love this place the owners are friendly helpful and always smiling. They have a large selection of goods to buy but if they do not have what you want just ask and they will get it in. Don't bother going to large stores to get what you want come here first and support local businesses

This place is a little goldmine and has everything that DIYers are likely to need. Why bother trekking into town when you can find supplies locally. The proprietors are friendly, helpful and willing to source stuff they don't carry in stock.

A great place to shop,helpful,friendly staff.If you cannot find what you are after,the staff are happy to help.It has lots of item in store.Which means it has little room inside to get a wheelchair in it.But I'm sure if you asked for assistance then the staff would try their best to help.5*

Amazing store and nothing is too much trouble for the staff, Darius delivered 12 bags of compost to my allotment plot free of charge. The best store in Birchwood for anything and everything…can’t give them enough praise.

A brilliant shop that stocks all kinds of goods under one roof. Toiletries to Greeting Cards to tools and fence paint. If you need something, it’s always worth popping in to see if they have it. Staff are wonderful and cannot do enough to help.

Totally Unreliable!I wish I could leave a positive review as the items they sell are wide ranging and it appears to o be a great store to visit.However... I have been given the runaround 3 times now on when some watch batteries could be replaced.Went in on a Tuesday with my elderly mother-in-law for 4 watches to have replacement batteries fitted. On this occasion I was informed that 'the man' who does the batteries wouldn't be in until the following Monday.Ok, it's only a 6 mile round trip, no problem we'll call in then.The following Monday we went back. Oh no
