\\We have had our Loftomatic installed for over six months, it is well made and a pleasure to use. We had tried a number of manual loft ladders previously, some were extremely cumbersome and some downright dangerous.Michael and Max were extremely helpful with any queries that I had, nothing was too much trouble.I don't know why every house with a loft hasn't got one at such an affordable price.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service from them.I raised my issue more than 2 weeks ago. They promise to come day after day. But this day still haven't come yet.There's always excuses from them for not to come. And it's always me who have to chase up, they have never proactively contact me saying they are unable to come.Why keep promising us if you can't make it?

The people of loftomattic are very friendly and i do believe they have a great product, but it's very difficult to get in touch with them. I got a quote for a ladder after a few weeks, but when trying to order there is no response anymore, not by mail, not by phone (all 3 options), not by facebook. Not sure what's happening.Update: communication and order process went now a lot better, hence i updated my review. Thank you for your support. I haven't installed it yet, that will be the next step.Update: installation done and quite impressed with the good functioning and support!!

I purchased the Loftomattic 9-step ladder in 2021 and installed it myself.The install was straightforward and it has worked very well, used maybe 5 or 6 times a week since install.Recently it developed a mechanical issue, which I was able to fix, but I got in touch afterwards to confirm the reprogramming process and get hold of a spare part. I had a quick and helpful response from Max which resolved the problem and I was happy.A few days later, I got another call from Max saying they were in the area, and could Michael (the owner & inventor) drop in to take a look at my ladder, which was great! Michael made a few adjustments and suggestions, swapped out some parts and now my ladder is better than ever.Overall, I'm really impressed by Loftomattic, they're a small company with an innovative product that's well made and incredible value. Most importantly, they stand by their product with great support from knowledgeable people. I've found them to be nothing but helpful and responsive.I echo the comments of other 5-star reviews here and do not hesitate to recommend both the product and the company, they are brilliant.

We are delighted after our first year in use to highly recommend this product.As pensioners in our final home with no storage, this electronic stairway has ticked all the boxes to provide a safe workable system to our loft..It was a first time in fitting for our joiner who, was very impressed.A first Installation for our joiner was completed within hours. No issues getting advice or help on telephone.Thank you and well done 'Loftomatic team'

We ordered our Loftomattic during lockdown in 2020 after researching electric loft ladders online. We weren’t sure which size to buy so called them directly and a very helpful chap directed us to the right one for us. Ordering was easy online and the delivery came on time.We intended to fit it right away but due to covid restrictions, that wasn’t possible. When we came to fit it we noticed a fault with the plug and called Loftomattic. They handled the issue brilliantly and sent out a replacement immediately.We have just fitted it and it works even better than we expected. The quality is strong and robust, so much better than our old Young's sectional ladder.We ended up installing it ourselves but wish we’d had someone fit it for us because it is very heavy (30+kg).

Love my new loftomattic. The product is first class and so is the service. It’s also cheaper than others on the market by far. No hesitation recommending to others. If I had two lofts I’d get another one. Thanks to the whole team.

Brilliant product. My father finds it so easy to get up and down into the loft again! Max who sold it to us was great and helped with some installation problems too. Highly recommended.
