I am speechless at the behaviour of a nurse by the name of Claire whilst speaking on the telephone with her. I asked if the call was being recorded and she replied no and carried on being rude and offensive. At the end of the day my dog is in pain and does not appear to be getting better, all I asked for was help understanding the root of the problem, then to be asked (sarcastically) why we left our previous vets, were we unhappy with them too. (If any of my staff had spoken to a client in this manner, I would see that as my error for not recognising the lack of training as when you take a call in your place of work you are representing and speaking on behalf of the company. My girls always treated clients with respect and if a client was upset, the girls would use their training to behave in a professional manner and work to a win win scenario not inflame the situation) Claire then went on to say if you don't like the way I am speaking to you

I've been doing Slim's classes for a few years with great success as Ive strengthened my core and improved my overall flexibility. Slim always tailors the class to suit your ability with a good range of challenges. I always leave the class feeling good . It's an all over benefit for mind and body and well being

I have been a longstanding patient of Olwen for so many years and regularly have an adjustment to maintain my spinal health and keep mobile and pain free. Olwen is a calm and very knowledgeable practitioner who always has time, listens, and goes above and beyond in appointments. Both my husband and I have been treated by Anna for lower back pain and myself with shoulder and neck discomfort. Anna is friendly and welcoming, extremely thorough and very professional. Her treatment room is homely and her approach feels very holistic. We can’t recommend her enough.

Excellent high quality treatment from Scott and the team. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and treated me for a range of injuries. He sorted my back issues getting me comfortable from the first visit and followed up with treatment on my neck which has greatly improved.Happy to recommend him and the team at Excel therapy.

Finally got to be treated by Kristin as she was unavailable to treat a previous problem. Kirstin is extremely warm and friendly. The therapy session went really well and she seems genuinely interested in the welfare of the people she treats. She has also been great with advice and questions in between sessions. A first class experience all round.

I can't emphasise enough the relief and gratitude that the team supported my family through the journey of getting our loved one into rehab. They made a significant difference in our lives and my loved ones life with their rehab treatment. Thank you so much!
