Grass Direct

Staff brilliant on sales side .when the grass was delivered left outside 50kg £33 delivery was a joke curry's deliver for £20 and bring it in customer service was diabogical more or less laughed when I asked about drop at kerb or at door and not helping to bring it in and paying that amount off money for delivery won.t be using them again

It seems like the last person to leave a review before me about deliveries was not a one off.I ordered grass, underlay and glue and delivery was due today. I had a text telling me a time window and then when they turned up there was no grass! Just the underlay and glue was delivered and the driver said that the grass wasn't at the depot and they were going to phone me but hadn't bothered. To say I was annoyed is an understatement as I'd waited around all day for it to be delivered. I phoned Grass Direct and surprise surprise the only department that answered was the sales..... strange how the thought of selling something rather than fixing an issue is their priority. The sales woman said if I phoned back the delivery department and pressed 2 they'd phone me back. I did this and nobody has bothered to contact me. I even sent a message on Facebook messenger with no reply. What terrible customer service to no even tell a customer there's a problem with the delivery and then not be contactable.Still waiting for a response!

We went in today to buy some bathroom flooring. Connor and Keenan, the staff members who dealt with us were friendly, approachable and professional. They asked if we needed any help but then left us to browse. They were both attentive without being intrusive and answered our questions when asked. Both are an asset to the store and the company.

Well, after a totally confusing day yesterday we have realised that a text message that came through from C Flooring which we thought was junk was actually Grass Direct, which is Connection Flooring in Newcastle where the artificial grass comes from. After calling the Havant branch a very kind gentleman told me how it was set up and suggested I order direct from the store next time! It would help their customers, if you order online with Grass Direct that the text message says it's from Grass Direct to stop confusion, especially in a day and age where we all get junk texts and emails!! Anyway after all that the product itself is amazing. Just a shame about the confusing information. My suggestion, order with the store if possible!!

Great choice of grass samples to choose from, to find what you are looking for. Pleasant experience from start to finish and I've got a easy garden to enjoy for the summer.

Carl was fantastic, didn’t get the other chaps name but he was a great help too. We visited Havant branch. After purchasing online to find out the lead time was a 3-4 week wait!.. I highly recommend going in store, we re-ordered, and changed our mind as after seeing the grass in real life. The one we liked online wasn’t actually what we liked in store… can’t wait to get it laid!

Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of flooring at good deals. We’ll absolutely be back for our next carpet. Will be recommending to everyone.

Really disappointed with the delivery service from GD. Spent hours researching products and eventually choose an artificial lawn from GD Customer service was excellent..... however on the day of delivery the time slot was allocated and we had a morning slot with a text message and a link (didn’t work) slot had passed and took for me to call to find out that there was a problem with delivery. Promised the drivers were coming in the next day to do overtime and clear the failed deliveries. Bearing in mind we were told this was a kerbside delivery and that our lawn would weigh 150kg. My husband had taken the day off work and arranged for people to be available to help lift it. The delivery was re scheduled today and a new link was sent, wasn’t overly surprised that the link didn’t work again. Only to have the time slot pass again and rouge text from a unknown number saying our delivery will now arrive Tuesday. No correlating order number and the link didn’t work in this text message either. I’ve called GD but the only number that answers is the sales line. Limited information and all I was told was the status still said out for delivery. Incredibly frustrating and expect more from such a big outfit. Third time lucky for Tuesday. GD should seriously consider the couriers they use if they would like to keep customers happy.In response to your reply. This will be the 4th request for a call back, so I wont hold my breath.

Have used grass direct Havant store now for 3 years and on only 1 occasion have I been disappointed , this was due to outside delivery sourcing....The staff are well informed and handle issues well.The products are a1 and have never had repercussions from any customer i have fitted for from grass direct rangesregardsDJR Services LTD
