Brilliant experience from start to finish, making this such an easy process. From helping us narrow down styles (as there are so many brilliant ones available), to measurement and fitting, it was so simple. Everyone we dealt with was lovely , professional, and gave us really good advice on practicalities. We are thrilled with the worktops and would recommend to anyone.

I am bias, because Chris is a friend, but he's an expert welder, maker, with many years experience of solving problems for people and helping them get their thing made the right way for less. CNC machines on site means you know you've come to the right guy!

I had an idea for some artwork in stainless steel and wanted a local company to do the engraving aspect for me. I had sourced the steel myself after Stephen had assured me Laser-Web Ltd. was capable of doing the engraving for me, but clarified he could not do the cutting aspect. That was OK but when it came time to finalising the design and doing the engraving Stephen - somewhat inexplicably to me - became curt, aggressive and rude in all communication (it was like he didn't care any more). It was a very strange experience. I am not an expert in engraving and I had asked for a bit of guidance in the more esoteric file formats his machines required but he obviously did not want to provide me with any help whatsoever, he belittled my efforts in providing a design (it was quite simple, actually) but seemed to expect that I would know everything about producing a design to engrave. I was met with complete disdain by Stephen, who may have had a bad day, but should not let his innate lack of professionalism seep through when dealing with a potential customer. I could not recommend working with Laser-Web Ltd. and I will not be.
