I enjoy going to London Cryo for treatments recommended by my doctor as well as a few for my own pleasure. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the treatments are very good, and all the equipment top notch. I have recommended it to friends already and will continue to go on a weekly basis for the foreseeable future. Try it, you'll love it!

Giedre is a great person and a great practitioner! It isn't an exaggeration to say that having MLD with Giedre was life changing in the improvements in my CFS and my chronic migraines stopped completely!!! I couldn't recommend Giedre more!

I have just had my first treatment at Serenity Rooms.As you enter you are greeted by Lucinda who us as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside. Stepping into the room you feel like you are entering a tranquil and magical world created just for you.I received the Anti Aging Facial but this does not prepare you for the experience you receive. The warm towels ,the soft blanket, the scents from the wonderful products and Lucindas touch as light as a feather when needed but with more pressure when you have a massage which comes with this facial. The music playing let's you flat away into your own relaxing world.At the end you have as long as you need no rushing and a lovely bottle of cool water. I must admit to thinking have I really got to lift my arm to hold the bottle.I felt so peaceful it was the most blissful, amazing experience I have had for a long time.Thank you Lucinda

Monthly MLD massages with Hayley are the best! The science behind the process and all the incredible benefits are mind blowing! For me it’s the feeling of floating I have after and the clarity that then comes, like my whole system has been flushed through of any stagnation. So good, like the actual best!

Finally got to be treated by Kristin as she was unavailable to treat a previous problem. Kirstin is extremely warm and friendly. The therapy session went really well and she seems genuinely interested in the welfare of the people she treats. She has also been great with advice and questions in between sessions. A first class experience all round.

A wonderful wellness experience Louise creates with her intuitive wisdom and incredible skills. I had my first session only yesterday, a perfect blend of relaxation and deep tissue massage. I experienced an immediate effect of feeling less tangled and tight so very much looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend :)

The most amazing hour of self love ever! I feel incredible after Sarah’s reiki facial. Not only is my skin absolutely glowing, I feel so energised and de-stressed! I have very much enjoyed the 90' Signature Massage at Lavender on the Hill in Hampstead.The masseur and osteopath Alya Al Rawas did a great job, she really knows her stuff. It was comforting to know one is in the right place to receive a proper treatment, a correct one! Alya is dedicated to her craft, puts all her skills and heart into the session, and truly cares about the well-being of her client.The clinic itself is a clean, smart, cosy place, with pleasant and welcoming personnel. All in all a joyous visit :D

This Lady is amazing.She doing very good job.I never feel better like after her treatments.Especially I recommend an Emmet Techniques.I am suffer for pain around my shoulders and hip and Emmet Techniques help me straight away.Anyway Carol doing very good reflexology treatment,I never had treatments like she offer.She help people from heart ,so this is amazing job .Thank you Carol for everything.

I was able to fit in a holistic facial whilst on vacation in Bath and it was a great decision. I really regret that I don't live locally or I would make this a regular thing. Joanna is fantastic at her job. I also really appreciate her taking the time to send me information after my session with recommended exercises and stretches that would help with my neck and upper back pain. Highly recommended!
