I recently had two online consultations with Kirsty for advice when I was suffering a lot of pain with a frozen shoulder. Kirsty really helped by giving practical tips which really worked to ease the pain, as well as reassuring me that I was on the right track with exercises/rehab, and most importantly came up with inspiration and support which really helped me to to keep going. She also maintained contact by checking in by email which was so reassuring. My shoulder is feeling a lot better and I've got a lot more confidence in keeping up my home practice. Thank you Kirsty! Wonderful attention with detailed preparatory discussion. Kirsty applied the therapy carefully and effectively, solving a very long standing painful shoulder injury. Now, several weeks later, there is no reoccurrence of the pain and I am back exercising again. Kirsty visited us at home, with great preparation, applying very stringent COVID precautions. I'm going to book again for a more general and preventative series of massages.

Kirsty is incredibly professional. She let me know in advance what to expect and adhered to all the guidelines - wearing appropriate PPE and ensuring I was safe at all times. The massage was firm and effective and my shoulder tension eased immediately. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend Kirsty highly enough! She is thorough, knowledgeable and incredibly reliable and accommodating if you need treatment urgently. She has expertly tackled each and every one of my different aches and pains and not only is great throughout the treatment but will follow up to see how you are following it. She will often give tips about what to do and not to do which is really helpful and to top it all treats me in the comfort of my own home. And as if this wasn’t enough she has now introduced a loyalty scheme which makes her already great value service even better value for money :)

I suffer from Fibromyalgia as well as other things and Kirsty has really helped in relieving some of the pain for a time. She is very intuitive as to how much pressure to use and is very calming. I would thoroughly recommend Kirsty.

A year ago, I had an unfortunate accident and suffered from serious burns to my face. My main concern was contraction from the burn tissue around my eye and chin area, which affected my movement and appearance. I sought out Kirsty as she specialised in the massage of burns tissue and scars. Kirsty was both caring and professional: she used gentle massage techniques to release scar tissue, as well as a Lymphatouch machine to gently lift and massage the scars. I can honestly say that my sessions with her over a 6-month period have really helped! The only reason that I have stopped, is because I am returning to Australia in December - I would definitely recommend Kirsty's services!

Kirsty is very thorough and matches the massage to your specific needs. She checks in with you to make sure the pressure is right and that your comfortable. The best thing is Kirsty seems to really care. Highly recommend.

Kirstys massage was not what I had in my head as a traditional massage - no clothing removal required, and I didn't get slathered in oil. Though I felt just as relaxed and sleepy as after any massage I have had, and over the couple of days following the massage my trouble areas seemed to relax.You need to communicate with Kirsty throughout the massage to really get the most out of it, I felt I didn't want to disturb her but when I told her if I felt sensations in other areas while she was working Kirsty was really able to get to the root of my troubles.Excellent massage and Kirsty was so friendly! Would definitely book again!
