I was recommended this store by an employee at HMV. The Service was 2nd to none. Product knowledge was also first class. I was looking for an amplifier and speakers and I was not disappointed. The whole experience from the first phone call to them helping me load my care up was fantastic. I was looking for a DJ for my birthday party and DJ Uncle was so professional and helpful. I really liked that he is willing to build a set off of a playlist you provide so it’s a really personalised experience

Great shop. Friendly knowledgeable and experienced. They give great advice and have some pretty amazing equipment. I highly recommend them to anybody passionate about listening to the best quality sound. I bought a turntable from them today. They set it up and fitted an upgraded cartridge. Great service and a great turntable. It’ll be my next stop when I upgrade my amplifier for sure!

Mark (the owner) was very considerate in inviting me to the shop to discuss music streaming and DAC's when I asked about product and tech advice in this area. Mark definitely knows his beans and importantly related all the tech side in to real world understanding and helped me navigate through the many options where I made a very comfortable decision on a Bluesound Node 2i. I've been using this for a couple of days now and it matches exactly my needs, it's opened up my hifi to a new world of online music. Thank you Mark for your excellent advice and patience in talking me through everything. Importantly being able to listen to different sources and devices in your listening room was super helpful.

Great service received for my wife’s Apple Watch 5. Exchange of watch arranged as battery failed after 4 years. Also charging case for air pod pro problem dealt with well. Callum and Lottie excellent and means we don’t have to go to Plymouth for Apple help - it’s available locally in Truro
