Michael has been marvellous in helping to get our broadband and internet connection sorted out. We live in an old house with thick cob walls and it is no mean feat trying to get a signal all around the house. However, Michael has come up with a solution which now works perfectly. His mastery and knowledge of the technical systems is second to none and he is also able to explain these systems very simply. I understood how it all works just perfectly. The job was done quickly without any fuss or mess. This is the second time Michael has worked here for us and I would not consider using anyone else in future. We recently had the pleasure of working with Michael - the installation of a mirror tv + soundbar above a fireplace. His expertise and professionalism, combined with his lovely personality turned a complicated, invasive and potentially extremely messy job into a very easy, relaxed experience - for us at least! Michael is probably the most organised, neat and tidy professional I've encountered; he was able to drill a large hole for cables through our chimney breast without making any mess whatsoever, and his attention to detail with everything, including laying and hiding cables was refreshing. I would not hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend him.
