Great efficient and friendly service, absolutely recommend.

Be very waryWe are not commenting on the quality of the work carried out by Definitive Electrical Solutions Ltd, but rather their charging structure and poor information about what a job will cost. We cannot judge whether the work they do is worth approximately 3 times what other qualified electricians will charge but we feel customers should at least be warned about what to expect. Their attempts to provide information based on costs per consumer unit and per circuit assume knowledge that many people will not have. We thought we had 3 or 4 circuits (as in an older house), not the 19 which apparently new houses may have. We are not suggesting that Definite Electrical are being deliberately misleading or taking advantage of people’s inexperience, and they did explain that they need to charge these large amounts to cover their costs. However customers will not get the very unpleasant shock that we had, if they know in advance that they will be paying much more for this service, than they would from an electrician with lower overheads.

Had my installation with Josh (232635) today, he was very friendly and had expert advice the install went very smoothly. Easy to use system, couldn’t fault a thing!

Great service offering flexibility and aftercare

We've had RJS as our current CCTV supplier and have ben very happy with the service they provide.They have just overhauled and extended our system and have continued to show their expertise and knowledge of the current CCTV technology and helped us to overcome some problematic areas we have in a old historic building.
