Amazing, amazing service! I needed a key for a window, I sent them some pics and in no time they said they found the right key for it. When I went in the next day, they looked at the actual handle I brought in and immediately found the match. They were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help. Lovely vibe in the shop too! Thanks so much guys!!!

Extremely impressed with Craig and G K Locksmiths! I had a uPVC door that jammed on me and had no idea how to get it out. G K Locksmiths sent someone to figure out what was going wrong, unjammed the door, they ordered the new lock mechanism for the door, and Craig came round and fit it for me. Extremely impressed with them all - they really know their trade. They even noticed a few things that could be fixed easily while they were there. Cannot recommend enough!

Great service. We visited the shop first and Craig quickly identified the issue and quoted a price. Rob came bang on time and managed to fix the existing lock rather than us needing a new one. Works perfectly now! They absolutely know their stuff and are smashing people. Thanks for making such a lovely fuss of my dog too, Rob! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. Craig came out really quickly to sort out a stuck key and ended up fixing other stuff in the flat too just because he was there and knew how to!And they have the best window displays, of course.

Fantastic locksmiths, would definitely recommend.They might have a more expensive call out charge than other firms, but you get what you pay for. The first locksmith we had from another firm quoted £800-900 for our issue. Rob from GK had a look at some pictures and near enough identified the issue over the phone. Less than £200 in total for him to come and sort it.We have also been in the shop before for key cutting and dog tags and the service was great.Very efficient and professional. Thanks Rob and GK

GK Locksmiths are super helpful and friendly, offering free advice on which lock and door handle combination I needed - with no incentive for them. They promised to call me back the next day and they did, very promptly, to help with a more involved question.Lastly, Craig, who fitted our bathroom lock and door handle did an excellent job, was super prompt and overall really helpful.
