Do not trust this company with your event. We booked them for my wife's 40th birthday for July 31st and they completely let us down at the last minute. We paid them in full, weeks in advance. They cancelled our event the day before, at 4pm on a Friday, leaving us with nothing. We had nowhere for our 60 guests to go. They did absolutely nothing to help us find a solution. Then I even had to chase them to give our money back! They said it was because they couldn't find a driver, but we know they went ahead with other events on the same day. They just over-book themselves without a backup plan. If you are considering booking them I suggest you look elsewhere. We found a nice marquee and a DJ instead. I never leave bad reviews, but I cannot let other people suffer the stress caused by these people at Igloo Disco. They are deeply unprofessional and cannot be trusted. I hope this review helps you find something better.

Amazing team of people that go above and beyond to give you the best party ever!!The team on the day worked non stop to ensure everything was exactly how i wanted it, including some adventurous decorating inside the igloo. Nothing was too much trouble so will definitely be using them again!!! THANK YOU IGLOO DISCO

From the moment they arrived to set up they were friendly and professional. The igloo looked fab I really recommend getting the coloured cubes and tables they looked brilliant as the evening got darker. Real novelty value, fantastic for a party, looked amazing and everyone had a great night would highly recommend

After using igloo disco for the 4th time its a pleasure to leave a 5 star review. Its been great to see the company grow year after year. The whole team are a pleasure to work with. The girls in the office are great and square up any queries you may have and make the process of booking simple from the beginning. The team who come with the igloo are always really sound. Especially this years dream team! Its up and running in no time and with no troubles or issues. Would highly recommend.

My daughter wanted a party at home for her 18th with a cool festival vibe - and WOW did Igloo Disco deliver! What an amazing event - from the first contact with James their service was warm, friendly, helpful and reassuring. Charlotte did a fantastic job as our party planner making sure everything went smoothly on the day. The crew did a great job and were a pleasure to have in my home. Rhys played an awesome DJ set and we had fantastic feedback throughout the night! Thank you to all the team at Igloo Disco - I would 100% recommend and plan to book again for my son's 21st!

The Igloo Disco team are a dream to work with. They took on the organising of the whole event and liaised with the other suppliers to ensure everything ran smoothly. Communication was excellent, our project manager Charlotte was fantastic and DJ Si did a great job keeping the party going until late. Old and young had a fabulous time.

What an awesome night! Igloo disco helped put on a fantastic 18th birthday party, making the whole experience easy and stress free.The team were very friendly and helpful and provided the perfect lights and equipment to get the party going. Everyone came out raving about it and I know I’ll be coming back to them again for the next big event!Huge thanks to the team.
