Spend £2000 plus on hearing aids from Boots then try and get simple parts like rubber grommets , apparently they do not have the room to store these 12mm wide parts in any of their stores.

My wife and I recently obtained new glasses. The experience was excellent. In particular, Caz looked after our needs on both visits to choose our glasses and final fitting. She was very attentive to our needs and we felt confident in her professional knowledge.

I don’t go in often but today there was a bad smell from a sewage leak! Seen staff cleaning without any protection. I’m very surprised Boots was even open in these conditions as it’s awful for both staff and customers. Surely this is a health and safety hazard.

Poor poor service.well no service at all actually.The girl at medicine counter had to speak to pharmacist for advice.Fair enough but no other staff came to assist despite plenty of staff in pharmacy ! When the pharmacist came to speak to customer the girl at the counter just ignored me ! I was in a bit of a hurry ..picked an alternative up and went to self check out which wouldn't process the sale so I gave up and left.

This was such a good experience staff are so accomidating mainly hannah from n⁰7 store where she helped me with skin testing to reccomending the products. Overall really good

Great experience 17.08.23, buying No7 make up. Ask for Ruby, she is extremely approachable, knows her products and made the whole experience enjoyable. .
