Amazing service… Thanks Gareth!!!Came in a complete newbie looking for a set up. Booked a demo session with Gareth and he spent hours explaining everything, answering all questions and was incredibly informative.He ordered everything in, called me to follow up and check everything was good and arranged a swift pick up.Amazing service and amazing guys that are very helpful and passionate about that they do.Highly, highly recommend that if you can choose to go anywhere in reading you pop in to AudioT and have a chat.Ethan.

Needed a new cartridge supplied and fitted to my turntable. Spoke to Rob, he couldn't have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I was extremely happy with the service provided. Will definitely go back to these guys. Gareth was also very friendly and the audio displays are quite stunning!

This must be the best place in Reading for the music lover who wants the best equipment. Thoroughly knowledgeable staff. I went in with a fixed budget and through their recommendations (cheers Gareth) went under it enough to buy some headphones. Very happy with both the service and the products. They have a 'listening room' so they were able to set up the proposed system. I brought in a selection of my vinyl and listened to it. Very satisfied, very happy. Thoroughly recommended. My only warning is that the prices reflect the quality of the products. To my amusement they described my system as 'entry level'.

Outstanding Hi-Fi knowledge and customer service!!Having had an Arcam hifi separates system for some years now (from Audio-T), I decided to join the 21st century and get a music streamer, the Arcam ST-60.Gareth was so helpful with his advice and even dropped the product to me at home within the week. Amazing service! As for the product, I’ve just got it going and I’m blown away by the clear sound - a world of music with HiFi quality sound now at my fingertips! Brilliant! Thank you, Ben

Had the good fortune to be welcomed by RISHI TIND when visiting the Reading showroom a week or so ago (not the easiest place to find !… but never mind it was worth the effort)…. Rishi was very knowledgeable and give us great advice. He was professional and friendly too…. Happy to say we walked away with a new Turntable, Amp and speakers ….. both myself and Mrs F are extremely delighted with our set up and enjoying again the unique sound and experience that vinyl delivers…….. thank you Rishi for your advice…so pleased we listened .

Outstanding service and customer orientation. Spoke to Rob and Gareth on buying some Rega equipment. They were very friendly and informative . Helped me choose , gave me an audition. Finally landed up purchasing from them though there was another retailer offering a discount. These guys are stellar .

Thanks to both Gareth and Rishi for their help and patience with my relative Hi-Fi inexperience. They gave me a run down of all of the options within my budget and allowed me to try out a range of combinations in their demo room which was so helpful. Having a chance to hear my music played on multiple sets of speakers and amps in order to hone in on my favourite combo was extremely eye-opening (ear-opening?). Rishi's knowledge is very deep and his explanations of the different parts of the system were clear and concise. A truly excellent experience at Audio T Reading, thanks to both of you!
