Peel Park Post Office

Great Post office, very friendly staff, it gets very busy at times and they cope very well always polite.

Absolutely disgusting service. Came in to carry out a logbook change and apply for road tax. Both members of staff gave me disgusting attitude just because it was 10 mins until their closing time. When I asked a few questions I was told “you have to know what you want when you come in we’re closing now and need to get home” As well as asking me to repeat myself multiple times bare in mind there was still 10 mins to go before they actually closed. Will never come here again. Be aware these two staff members don’t have any level of customer service. Both will be complained to direct to Royal Mail. Avoid this post office if you need road tax or your logbook changed over, there are other friendlier post offices elsewhere.

Deserves minus! Absolutely disgusting behaviour, this post office’s staff has appalling attitude. I went into return a parcel they refused to accept the item instead of provided professional advise I was told to move. The old guy and the woman have been treating ppl like dirt. Why are they open if they have zero customer service. Attitude stinks.

It's advertised online that you can return amazon parcels here. I went to return a parcel only to be told that they don't return them.Apparently a lot of people come to return parcels but are turned away because they won't/can't take them.Why keep that misleading statement online then and make people waste their time?

The old man wouldn't help me with my return order he said I had to print off myself. so I went to another post office they did it in no time by scanning the code from my phone. avoid the old man.

Best thing is you can get road tax without any document just have to pay extra £20.other post offices ask for documents

The lady that works there, is very very helpful. If you're unsure about what you are doing she will talk you through anything you need to know. She is also a cheerful, pleasant and just a friendly lady.

The old lady is rude and has attiude the man is as bad.No customer service skills at all, avoid this post office.

Great handy post office were the staff deserve a medal for all the abuse they get on a daily basis from disrespectful customers lovely staff
