Air taxi

Booked a taxi the night before for 8am . Didn't show up, rang asking where they were, they didn't have a clue about the booking. Rang a further 3 times to see if it was coming to which they said there wasn't one arriving soon. Missed a very important appointment.

Do not use this company they are a waste of time booked two weeks in advance only to be told they cannot honor my booking an hour and half before they should have collected me. Shocking service.

Taxi waited for 2 minutes and couldn’t find us so left! I called the office and they said they didn’t know the area well so they’d left. He then put the phone down on me. Luckily I wasn’t a woman on my own, but if I had have been, then I would have felt very vulnerable on the streets with no way to get home

What an incredible experience for my son! Would thoroughly recommend the flight simulator. His instructor, Neil, was amazing and instantly put him at ease. He explained everything clearly and praised him loads too. The equipment is just amazing-very realistic and my son absolutely loved the whole experience. We will definitely be back to try out the other models too!

Very happy with the service we received. The drivers arrived on time to pick us up and drop us off. The drivers were very nice and the minibuses were clean and comfortable. Thankyou, we will certainly use Airport Connections again.

After lastnight I will not be using this company again if I could I would give no starts , the diver me and my sister got last night was terrible nearly crashed into another car because he was to busy putting a message on his work phone and not concentrating on the road and had the radio blasting and we are both in pain with our neck n backs because he slamed the break on that hard. Avoid this company

John is a brilliant driver, punctual, experienced and very personable. He stayed in communication with us before and during our trip away and was able to keep track of our flight so that he was waiting for us even though we were early. Highly recommend him and would definitely travel with him again.

Darren was in contact from the very start of the day. He arrived at the airport well before we did, which came in handy since we arrived ahead of schedule too.Darren was very kind, caring and polite through our journey, assuring us that should any problems arise, or should we need to stop for whatever reason, we can count on him.He kept water bottles, face masks, hand Sanitisers and wipes for each passenger in the car.The car itself was very comfortable, spacious and luxurious, equipped with all the modern necessities like air conditioning, for every passenger.There was also plenty of space for luggage too, so we could fit all out trolley bags and backpacks in the boot and sit comfortably in the car.Darren is a very professional, experienced, safe driver who provides the highest quality service available.I definitely recommend him and we too will be travelling with him in the future.Thank you!
