Great service from Phil - a quick and easy pick up from the airport. I received regular messages from Phil which helped to put my mind at ease confirming pick up times.Phil even offered to stop for food and milk on the way back which was very thoughtful!Would definitely recommend.Thanks again!

A wonderful and reliable service provided by PB travel. I received regular messages from Gary and Phil and this helped to put my mind at ease confirming pick up times and places. We recently used Phil to take us to and from Birmingham airport. He was on time both ways and kept us up to date with text messages. There were 6 in our party and the minibus was spotless and plenty of room. I would definitely recommend and will use PB Travel again next year. He also asked if we wanted to stop at a garage to pick up some milk which was such a nice gesture.
