This is a super reliable company that i’ve had the pleasure of using a couple of times now for return journeys to Stanstead Airport. Having been let down by different taxi firms in the past, I was a little anxious arranging pick up for the first time however my anxieties were put to rest very quickly. Charlie has been my driver each journey so far, he is always on time, friendly and as a result, I will seek availability from this company first for future airport trips I need to make.

So I only have gratitude, appreciation, & reliability to describe the service. Charlie has a clean car. Best taxi driver around. This time the car smelled brand new & he dropped me at the airport in October and collected me at Heathrow in November. Has bottles of water for my international arrival. I can not fault Charlie. Would not use any other taxi service, ever! Thanks for your driving, as always!

Charlie provide a first class service in taking me from Colchester to Stansted and back again. Charlie was very meticulous in his planning as he was fully aware of any road problems prior to the journey. Finally Charlie was also very polite and chatty and I would highly recommend his services.

Charlie picked us up from the airport, he was ready and waiting when we arrived which was great after a tiring flight. The pick-up was very smooth, he drove us home having planned ahead for accidents and hold ups. Charlie is polite and friendly and the drive back was relaxing and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Airports Direct Colchester and will be using their services again for my next trip.
