Stay away!For over a year of multiple visits, I was lead to believe there's nothing wrong with my cat as he in fact developed hcm&pulmonary edema and ultimately died from heart&kidney failure. The bloodwork didn't show the issue nor my very frequent visits and with their petplan's checkup. I followed up but they never checked properly.

We’ve always had positive experiences with Chapelfield Vets. The vets have been excellent and the reception staff are always very helpful - especially Amy, who went above and beyond to help our cat get his vaccinations in time for travel.

The staff are always friendly, considerate and helpful. Our cat has been with them for 5 years and they've always been supportive no matter the issue.

Friendly, welcoming visit today. Easy to speak to my vet and explain any concerns. Tom carefully answered my queries thoroughly and with compassion. He was wonderful with the dogs making sure they were comfortable and at ease. Went very well.

I recently attended the surgery with one of animals a week ago and I was shocked to hear one of the receptionist’s which I believe her name was Karen i was shocked to hear how she spoke to clients on the phone totally rude and unprofessional I have been coming to your surgery for years and never have had a issue with the old staff as they show great professionalism of how they great people and provide a good service to them and give them time ..also I over heard Karen slating over members of your old staff .. I highly suggest this lady has further training as she stick out like a sore thumb I am in total disbelief as I’ve been told she is head of reception by other people that attend the practise and they have great concerns also .In my opinion this looks like that this is the best job she has ever had and by the looks of it the power has gone straight to her head.Bully.Rude.Unprofessional.Full training needed!!

Our puppy scratches at the pavement to get in, he loves it here! Couldn’t be happier to have Chapelfield Vets on our doorstep, the most friendly warm staff - all of them. Makes our vet visits a pleasure

A pug continuously bleeding, vet didn't even test blood to find out why. But went ahead with surgery (taking over a £1000 pounds) pug put to sleep by taverham night vets, who did do tests to find he was extremely ill.

We are always taken really good care of at Chapelfield! The vets, vet assistants and administrative staff are all brilliant! Very happy there.

All the pets I've ever had, have all gone to chaplefield vets. They are lovely, when I lost my cat they were absolutely amazing and so kind, highly recommend.
