Thank you for having us Francis! We loved our stay in your beautiful apartment. It was spotless and very stylishly decorated with so much thought, and also expertly equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We felt right at home! Thank you also for being so responsive - an exemplary host!

Lovely and central. Walking distance to the ferry, shops, pubs and swimming pool. Great for kids, big back garden and the beach is just over the road. We had a great lunch in the fiddlers. We did a bit of walking but mostly it was just a relaxed break with family. Plenty of room in the big house for family dinners.

Recently involved in helping my son rent a property - Emma was super helpful and much more so than other estate agents we had contact with. I have been really impressed by her and the company. Thanks Emma.

Excellent accommodation service, Neil responded quickly and efficiently, found solutions, was friendly and understanding. Compared to so many others who didn't even reply to queries, I can but recommend him to others.

The location of the apartment is absolutely exceptional. It’s extremely near good high street (including Costa for the morning coffee run), and the seafront for amusements.The apartment is also well presented in general, but we weren’t happy with some aspects of cleanliness- there was some black hair in the beds, showers and throughout hot the apartment - and it hadn’t obviously been cleaned very well.The beds are also very uncomfortable- especially the sofa bed.We reported an issue to the maintenance team linked with the freezer, and although it was acknowledged, nothing actually happened and we didn’t have a freezer throughout our stay.

Beautiful spacious holiday homes, with lovely outdoor spaces. The homes were equipped with three showers and one bath, a dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen and lovely communal spaces. We were in Cornwall for a wedding, and this place was so convenient because we were able to book five houses close to each other for all the family to stay in. Highly recommended. It's also very close to the Eden Project and Heligan Gardens, as well as a lot of other lovely locations.

The unit we were in were spacious enough. Clean and serene. Having ample space for the kitchen, we were able to prepare food when too lazy to go out . Shower pressure prefect compared to some places we had been although paying a fortune .

Much better than expected. The apartment has two levels and plenty of space. It is very tidy and comfortable. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Scotland’s capital city, since it’s located in the Old Town, the city centre. The best, however, is the price: it’s incredibly affordable. Awesome!
