We have worked alongside Sam and Olly for a number of years now. To say that are reasonable and responsible people to work with is an understatement. They endeavour to ensure all parties are happy after each short term let from the occupant, to the land lord, to ourselves the cleaners they truly make the effort.Properties are looked after and any issues are dealt with quickly and to avoid standard.They even go as far as to make you feel like a part of the I'm Your Host" family and are understanding when your family may need to take priority S a small family run business. Absolutely fantastic company.So if you have a property you are considering renting talk to them they have so much knowledge about the short term rental sector that they will hopefully convince you to join the "family"."

I’ve been using I’m Your Host to manage my property whilst i’ve been traveling in Europe.They’ve been great at taking full responsibility for things at my property ensuring that bookings yield the best possible amount and that all administrative functions (cleaning etc) are sorted without a hitch.Communications with those booking seem clear - and whenever i’ve had any queries or concerns their responses have been thorough and prompt.I have no hesitation in recommending I’m Your Host to others considering short term letting their property.

Very good company to deal with

Sam and Olly do a fantastic job managing my short term accommodation. Over the last year, and even through lockdown they have earned me much more income - sometimes over double the income than if I'd gone down the traditional tenancy route. They are very responsive in communications with me, and importantly with the guests through Airbnb and booking.com, and I'm Your Host has great reviews on both platforms.
